This is the fourth time I have used Bob Books. The desktop software is relatively quick and easy to use. My books arrived slightly quicker than expected and were well packaged. The books are also very good quality and I will definitely use Bob Books again. I've given a rating of Good rather than Very Good because of the price - it certainly isn't cheap, but then again I suppose you get what you pay for.
