“Bob Books came well recommended and lived up to my expectations. I used the service to create a photographic book of our trip to the Galapagos Islands. The on-line application is easy to use and I enjoyed the creative process of choosing how to display my photos using a mixture of templates and free form. The end result is a high quality hardback book which is a great way to capture our holiday for all time.”

“Software to organise photos within a book to my own requirements can be a little frustrating at times; the automatic layouts are terrible. However the final result in terms of reproduction quality and choice of papers are excellent, hence the 5 stars”

“Easy to use - liked recent update but more clipart relevant to the UK would be helpful. A shortage of animals, especially farm ones. Being picky. Fast service - Royal Mail brilliant - and book a joy.”

“This is the fourth time I have used Bob Books. The desktop software is relatively quick and easy to use. My books arrived slightly quicker than expected and were well packaged. The books are also very good quality and I will definitely use Bob Books again. I've given a rating of Good rather than Very Good because of the price - it certainly isn't cheap, but then again I suppose you get what you pay for.”

“I would say that compared with other providers that I have used, the quality of the photo books and calendars is good, as is the turnaround time. But Bob Books is expensive. Also I don’t find the software to be particularly user friendly.”

“Very happy with customer service. I had to telephone to ask if they could delay despatch of a photo book to me. They informed it was in the mailbag, but went to recover it and called me back to confirm. Also, this is the 4th photo book I have compiled and BB has produced: delighted with all of them and the quality of production.”
