“-Helpful staff -Good telephone access with prompt response and clear advice. -Good software. Logically designed, essentially simple. Good help function with more detailed instructions. -Small progressive improvements over the 3 or so years that I have been using it to produce calendars and photobooks. Very happy.”

“Delighted with the quality of the finished product in terms of paper finish, photo reproduction and book construction. The tools provided to create the book were good and it was fairly simple to master the appropriate techniques involved. Editing and moving content around was reasonably straightforward. Alternative providers appear to offer cheaper products but quality is unknown.”

“Very easy to use, excellent service and quality, rapid response and delivery. Our only issue, living in the Channel Islands is that is no way to deduct VAT prior to placing the order.”

“Excellent print quality. Pretty quick turnaround. On the downside, the customer support don't really offer any advice so you need to be able to use the software and work it out for yourself.”

“I've been using Bob Books for about a decade. Short of full blown commercial printing I have seen nothing better. In fact, their quality of product is better than anything "customer made" and many "commercial" that I have seen. The speed and quality of response, customer service and end product means that I always start with Bob Books. I only look elsewhere if I need printing on different products that they don't currently offer. If you've not used them before, purchase with confidence. The book editor needs a bit of updating but the end product isfantastic.”

“I have prepared numerous large and A4 size photo books using Bobs Books, some of my projects have in excess of 160 pages. I have always received excellent assistance from the staff whenever the need arose. I cannot recommend Bobs Books strongly enough they are simply brilliant”
