“I always use Bob Books for my photo books and calendars. I did experience a few technical glitches when placing my latest order but the customer services team was helpful and as always I was really pleased with the product I received. Overall a bit pricey but great quality and I will be using them again.”

“The quality of the photo book is excellent. The recipient was very pleased. The software was intuitive and easy to use. He only slightly clunky part was the submission and payment, was not quite as intuitive and had to do it twice as it froze up first time. Second time went through fine though and this was a very minor issue. Book arrived promptly and well packaged in perfect condition. Overall extremely satisfied.”

“We are very pleased with the photo book we ordered. Everything looks as it should. The creation software provides a lot of options but there is a learning curve - some of the things we wanted to do weren't immediately obvious, and some operations could be simpler. Overall, though, we are happy and looking forward to making the next in our planned series!”

“I use the Bob Books App on my IPad. It allows me swift access to photos and is easy to use. Photos, layouts and fonts can easily be found and imported. Only minor thing missing is the opportunity to write text on photos (except for cover page). Printing and dispatch were quick and clear emails were sent.”

“I have been taking photographs since I was 7, and changed to digital in 2008, but have yet to publish a single photo album... I did a considerable amount of research online to find a suitably reputable photo album supplier that would allow me to be as creative as possible with my photo album, guaranteeing excellent photographic images over the long-term (without my having to pay through the nose), and with albums without flimsy and easily-damaged pages or expensive, heavy board, which necessarily limits the size of the album. I opted for Bob Books and am extremely pleased. They met my expectations in terms of product and photo quality, and exceeded them as to their excellent customer service response and the amount of time taken to produce a first-photo album. Will not use anyone else!”
