“Excellent service. It took me a little while to work out all the different effects but the end result is really good and admired by friends. I have created 2 books and both arrived within a week.”

“Bob bobs is great and always makes my photos look like a magazine!! The finish is great and the selection of templates are perfect, sometimes I think the photos come out slightly darker and I wish you could edit each photo as you add them in. But I now have over 20 books of my holidays and I am so happy with them. Thank you”

“This isn’t the first time I’ve used Bob Books so I think that is a recommendation in itself. My family and I all have wonderful books of my wedding, my parents have a couple of books of their beautiful garden and I recently had the pleasure of creating a book for a 50th Birthday. There are so many options of page layouts and designs and it’s so easy to add, move and design your books. They are produced to a high standard using excellent quality paper. I would thoroughly recommend and will definitely use them in the future.”

“Good product. Quality binding. Fast delivery. But I am a bit disappointed with the picture rendering, which I feel not sufficiently true to the original.”

Dear Arnaud, I’m sorry that you were disappointed with the rendering of the picture. We have checked the records and it seems like the Automatic Image Correction was turned on while you were making your book. This could mean that some of the colour in your images were altered and this could perhaps have caused the rendering to change. “There are loads of companies doing what BB do, including Apple. The latter's service is as lamentable as its company's ethics, so don't ever use them. BB is but far the best service I have used, and I wouldn't consider an alternative. The production standards and customer service are peerless, frankly - so if you are considering using the company you can do so with absolute confidence.”
