“My latest Bob's project was a book to record the celebratory things that my wife had done between her 60th and 61st birthdays, hitting or exceeding most of her targets. The production process was vert straightforward, when I forgot how to do a specific element (backgrounds) their helpline sorted it within minutes, delivery was very quick and the end product was beautiful - so much so that the recipient cried when she received it (with joy I hasten to add!). Bob's Books is a class act & I will use it again.”

“The quality of printing is good and the time from downloading to dispatch is very reasonable. I was pleased to find that the helpline was promptly answered when I had a small problem, and a 'workaround' suggested. I hesitate to mention the old Apple Books, but their paper 'wrap-around' with its space for text and a couple of small pictures, oh, and its slip cover, added greatly to their appeal. Any chance of...? Nevertheless, Bob Books is good value for money and, so far, I have not been disappointed. I would certainly recommend them.”

“Very pleased with the print quality and the number of print options available. One area I would love to see improved is the delivery information. I'd love to be able to track my order - from which stage of printing it is at, which delivery service is being used to when the print is expected to be delivered. Other than that, faultless.”

“We must think Bob Books are great as we have eight large format hardback “coffee table” style photo books recording our long-haul holidays and currently two more in preparation. We have created calenders for our elderly parents and through this have been able to bring their children, grandchildren and great grandchildren to mind. We were recommended Bob Books by our son and would recommend them to others who like a quality product. They may not be the cheapest but they are good. Production and delivery is prompt and they arrive undamaged delivered either by courier or the postal service. The software for making these books is quite intuitive. It allows you to take control including layout, framing, adjusting, brightness, contrast and size. What you see on the computer screen is what you get. We are very happy to recommend Bob Books.”

“I always use Bob Books for my photo books and calendars. I did experience a few technical glitches when placing my latest order but the customer services team was helpful and as always I was really pleased with the product I received. Overall a bit pricey but great quality and I will be using them again.”

“The quality of the photo book is excellent. The recipient was very pleased. The software was intuitive and easy to use. He only slightly clunky part was the submission and payment, was not quite as intuitive and had to do it twice as it froze up first time. Second time went through fine though and this was a very minor issue. Book arrived promptly and well packaged in perfect condition. Overall extremely satisfied.”
