“I have now produced 6 books - 5 large lustre photo books and 1 story book for my 2 year old grandson. I have been very impressed with how easy they are to put together, the quality of the final product and the speed and efficiency of the delivery.”

“Very good service, excellently produced photo books of a high quality, and reasonably easy to 'assemble' on line. Would happily recommend to others. One comment though - I prefer the lay flat format, and although I got it right with my first order, I forgot how to do it on the second and finished up with one not lay-flat, which was a disappointment. I think it could be clearer that you have to order a particular photo finish to ensure a lay-flat book.”

“The experience was pretty good and a lot better than some I have used in the past. Slightly annoying to be restricted to a pre-defined number of pages was the only negative.”

“It's a great company, customer service and technical help is very good. When designing a book you need instant help. Unlike blurb where you cannot speak to anyone and have to wait 2 /3 days for an email. The only problem i have with the whole process is that i have clients abroad and there is no way to show them a proof for sign off. THIS IS A BIG PROBLEM..It would be easy to create a pdf facility so clients can see.”

“Great quality books and calendars, easy to use and design. Have used several times however on occasion (including last time) there was a problem where the order got lost in the system and ended up receiving calendars weeks late. Bob books were v good in refunding the cost but it did take some time to resolve the issue and get the calendars.”

“I found the Bobbooks software easy to use. The more you use it the more you find it capable of, so has potential to become addictive! Quality of printing is very good on the higher quality papers (I use lustre).”

“I found the process difficult at first, but was thrilled with the final appearance of my book, which I gave to my sister for Christmas as a record of our visit to the beaches of Normandy to commemorate our father's war experience. However, the programme caused a problem on our computer and Norton identified that it was a "threat" so we had to delete it. Sadly, I now have no access to the book and cannot make a copy for myself. If Bob Books can resolve this, and help me to get my book back, I would be SOOOO grateful!”

“Our photobook's print quality was fantastic, and made a brilliant gift. Whilst I wouldn't describe it as cheap, I would say that given the finished product I was perfectly happy to pay the fee. The software is pretty good, and the service from Bob Books is good too. I'd happily recommend this to anyone.”

“I've used Bob Books to produce two large calendars, a couple of photo books and two wee children 's books as presents for my grandchildren. It is a good company to deal with. Quite easy programmes to prepare your books from and delivery of the finished product is usually very quick. The quality of the books and calendars has been very good.”
