“This is the second time I have used Bob Books, been very impressed both times both with the ease of use of their special design app for creating the photo book and with the speed of delivery and quality of the photo book. The design app took me a short while to get used to but once I did it was very easy to arrange photos. The photo books make an excellent gift.”

“I found the software slightly difficult to use and should possibly have spent more time viewing the tutorials. If additional pages are needed, these are added in blocks of 8 which can be slightly frustrating when only needing one or two. The book was delivered very quickly and is of excellent quality. With this experience my next book will be even better.”

“I found the Bob designer software downloaded to my mac intuitive and flexible to use. Intend to do another project as soon as I can. Printed books are excellent quality. The support which I needed to use because of my laptop was excellent and very supportive. Delivery was prompt. Really cannot fault the service. Would recommend.”

“First copy of the book I ordered had issues with it that weren't on the preview. After being told several times that this was my fault despite there being no warnings at all that said issue would happen, I eventually was given the option of return it and get a code to get it reprinted for free or accept a 20% refund. I was initially going to just take the small refund and cut my losses. Then I was given a code and was told how to fix the problem with my book, then at the end use that code and it would be reprinted and sent to me for free. I was blown away by this as I wasn't expecting it at all. The reprint arrived later than the first but it still came in time for my friend. I gave it to her last weekend and it was a very tearful moment.”

“I have created loads of photo books during the last few years the quality is far better than the cheaper alternatives they arrive within the week and are well packaged. All the different design options are easy to use for somebody like me who isn't particularly good at technical stuff. A great way to preserve all your happy memories.”

“The software is easy to use, but would be nice if you didn't have to re-open it each time you closed the file (book) down. Service was very fast - quicker than advertised. Book quality was very good - although some colours a little darker than I would have liked, but this is subjective and they will never look like they do on screen. I will use them again”

“I have just received my third photobook and I have been delighted with each of them and thoroughly recommend Bob Books both for quality and for service. The software is easy to install and use and there are a huge range of options for the layouts and backgrounds. The end results have been excellent with sharp copies and true colours and on every occasion my photobooks have been received within the week. I have used both the classic and the Lustre photographic paper and was pleased with both but really recommend the latter. Bob books came recommended to me and I pass this recommendation on to others.”
