“Software easy to use (much better than other similar services I have used previously), book quality excellent. Will definitely use again.”

“Have done two books now recording special holidays and each has totally exceeded my expectations. Both are A4 landscape in lustre photographic paper, which features lay-flat binding (this is great and will help keep the book in pristine condition). I like that: the layout can be totally flexible; the software is intuitive; you can add pages as you go; you don't have to edit your pictures in another program first; you can check whether your pictures are good enough quality; turnround times are good and packaging of the product is excellent with foam to protect the book corners. Of course the bottom line is the quality of the printing and as a former newspaper and magazine production journalist I can confirm that it is top notch both on covers and inside pages. Brilliant job Bob!”

“Complete freedom to position your photos exactly where you want them, cropped exactly as you want them to appear - so now having to conform to pre-arranged shapes or positions on the page - just what I want! It can take a while but the results are well worth it. Only improvement I would like is an easier way to copy and paste whole pages of layout if you get to the end of the photobook and find you need to space things out a bit more or squeeze them up - so you need to plan the whole book before gettign involved in too much detailed positioning.”

“We have used Bob Books to produce nine books over the last three years and we are currently putting the finishing touches to a tenth. Throughout this time, our experience of Bob Books has been excellent. The quality of the end product has been extremely good except on one occasion when there was a minor problem in the printing which Bob Books corrected immediately and to our complete satisfaction.”

“The delivery service is very good but i found the tracking info less than helpful. In fact what appeared on screen was the opposite to what i was told on the phone luckily the right way ie tracked as not dispatched but had 1-2 days earlier. Tracking is not useful info”

“I needed to produce a book and needed it quickly. I found the site great to use and had excellent feedback on the end result. I have used the site a few times now as I found it so easy to use and the postage was quick and on time to see my end result. I published my second book as I was so pleased with it.”

“Easy to use software, and good, clear pricing. I knew the cost of what I wanted to produce more or less from the outset. No problems with the software, and able to tailor my book to how I needed it. Quick print and dispatch.”

“Easy to use software with a wide variety of design options. Straightforward to upload. The finished product was high quality and delivered without delay. I'll certainly use Bob Books again.”

“I find that I have to raise the brightness of images significantly because without that the printing process ends up with shots that look at least half a stop underexposed. It may be the inks, or it maybe the screen image, but either way without manipulating the images for almost half to three quarters overexposure, print results can usually be too dull for me.”

“From France I collaborated with my sister in Australia using the online book creation site to create a unique 80th birthday present for our father in England. Book quality was excellent, delivered in a perfect package well within the advertised delivery time. Bob's your uncle!”

“Thank you. The books are fantastic. The software was simple to use to produce the book, and the paper and print quality is fantastic. Not the cheapest company on the market but we felt it was well worth the price for such high quality for our wedding album. The lay flat feature is great, and we like the lustre photographic paper which isn't offered by many other online photobook companies.”

“I found the software reasonably easy to use, but the payment system and delivery before the actual payment was excellent.”

“I love Bob Books. I have used it for many of my clients and they all give good compliments to the quality. The only request I have is that they should ease off the sharpening. They'll get there eventually, I believe. Well done guys.”
