“Super app on the iPad which is very easy to use. Product quality is super and customer service is quick and polite. Some areas which could be improved: Better examples of paper selection and visual output at the start. More layout options, more flexibility. More flexibility on number of additional pages. Quicker print turnaround.”

“I love these photobooks from BobBooks - the lay flat versions give a great budget alternative to other more premium lay-flat offerings, for those albums where you still want to present your images on beautiful paper but dont have a need for plush leather covers and fancy packaging :)”

“This is the first time I have used Bob books and I am pleased with the result. I didn't find the colours quite as true as others but once I'd mastered the page layouts I was delighted with the range of options available. The service and the packaging were very good.”

“The design software is pretty good and easy to use. However as we use the professional package there should be and option to close the bar at the bottom that shows the price, as there used to be on the older version. We really like the lustre paper and the print quality on this is very good. However we do regularly receive books that aren't quite made right or have arrived damaged. This is generally resolved but does cause delays in us Delivering our services to our clients, which is not good for our reputation.”

“I had a bit of a problem with the first print of my latest book as the pictures were very dark. Once I reported the issue the books were quickly reprinted and the results were just as good as ever. Friends who see the books are always amazed by the quality. Thanks Mike”

“Super impressed with the quality of my book as well as how quickly I received it. My only complaint is that I found the software a little finicky and I had to upload photos several times as it kept spontaneously and selectively deleting some. However, I did opt for the free software and I presume this doesn't happen with the software you pay for. But overall, I love my book and would definitely use Bob Books again. It exceeded my expectations.”

“First order was a disaster......many photographs missing and blank pages. There is NO quality control as it is a fully automated service... However customer service is good and problem resolved. Just check that all photos are uploaded because what you see is what you get.....”

“It took me ages but I am thrilled with the end result ! Started badly as I couldn't find a way to turn off the Bob Editor. Phoned the helpline and they were brilliant, sorted my problem and gave good advice. Future books I do will be really easy now. Would highly recommend.”

“Quality is good. Packaging can be improved. The blue foam corner protection should actually be attached to the book instead of just being thrown on top of it! Delivery - My last book took and long time to get delivered. Even though my phone number is on the address label, someone wrote on the package that they have requested a phone number for me??? Very a maturity.”

“I have used Bobs books both professional and personally, i have found them to be consistently the best quality you can get for the money paid, there are many other companies offering phonebooks but Bobs lay flat are among the best even when compared to others costing a great deal more.”
