“The request to write a review in return for a 20% discount off 'my next order' didn't disclose that the discount had to be used before end of Jan 2020 until AFTER I had written the review. There was an ? to say T&Cs applied, but it didn't stipulate that (very important) one. Very sharp, but very shoddy Bob.”

“Hi, books are beautiful and I will definitely be ordering more. Great value too! However I’m really disappointed with the gold embossed text I paid extra for on the front cover. It’s rubbing off. The books I got are just samples for me to keep but I would like to know how to avoid this happening?... I think if it was for a bride and groom I might get a complaint! Can send a photo if necessary. Thanks Suzanne”

“I use Bob Books every year for family calendars, as well as for occasional gifts and holiday albums. I am a very average photographer but with Bob's great website and tools I manage to make things that look really great - certainly the family always love the calendars, and my albums give me great pleasure looking back over them. Thanks team Bob, please keep up the good work!”
