“I would give Bob Books a 5/5 for quality of product. The book itself is superb - colours and paper excellent. However, I find it frustrating I can't select page layouts from a big list of all page layouts (or even better a customised list) and instead I'm limited to layouts for the "book type" selected. PLEASE update your app BB and you'll have a 5/5 product.”

“My latest book was a collection of excellent Safari images taken by my son on his honeymoon, so it was important to get it right. I used Bob Books large landscape lay-flat format with photo lustre pages and embossed gold lettering on the front cover. I used Adobe RGB colour space, which was superbly rendered to produce an exact copy of my on screen image colours and I avoided over sharpening which gets applied again in print. I am over the moon with the results which have exceeded my expectations. I am happy that Bob Books consistently produce excellent results and I will surely recommend them to friends at the Camera Club and I will definitely use them again.”

“This is my favourite self-publishing system for photo books (and I’ve tried them all). Loads of flexibility, pretty intuitive layout and functionality. Quality of the paper and binding is great. My own ‘wish list’ is that they could do the lay-flat books with more than 98 pages, and a dust-cover option.”

“I've been using the BobBooks app on my ipad for several years now and I love it. Making a photobook is so easy and the options for page layout are so varied that it enables you to be as creative as you wish. The fact that you can add text as well is a bonus. The finished product is very professional - friends are always amazed that I've made it myself. I have a whole collection of photobooks now, each one full of wonderful memories of my travels.”

“The whole process of designing and ordering a book from Bobs Books is well thought out. The desktop software is easy to learn and the quality of the final product is high. “The desktop software was easy to use. I placed my order for a 90 page book late on Thursday night and it arrived Saturday morning which is very quick. Print quality was excellent. Will definitely use Bob's a Books again.”

“I produced a family tree book with more text than pictures but was delighted the outcome. I was dismayed when I had completed over 60 pages abd when I reloaded next time most if the images were gone. Maybe I shut down too quickly. I find the cost goes up quite steeply when you go beyond the standard size though this might be unavoidable. I am amazed at the quick turnaround - my last two efforts have been with me in under a week. I had to contact customer services when I omitted to enter a discount code and they were really helpful.”

“Results have been stunning. The software allows me to be as creative as I wish but is also very easy to use. The photo reproduction is better than printing photos and mounting them in albums as I used to do. Teaches you to be more selective of the images you include and each album has been better than the first as I have gained experience. Four completed over a year with two more underway.”

“Pictures produced in the calendar were not a true representation of the images I uploaded, to many colour casts & I do have my screen profiled. Seems to me that the printers are not profiled often enough?”

“Having done a few Bob Books we decided to do one of our recent holiday in Canada. Having selected the best of over 600 photos we sat down to compile a book of a memorable trip. The process of creating the book gives many choices but is straightforward and we had it complete in a couple of days. The following week our book arrived in the post, and we were delighted with the result. A book full of memories to treasure, and a great way to share our photos with friends and family.”
