“Interface is simple and intuitive but leaves plenty of opportunity to get the layout as I want it. two slight criticisms are that the text backgrounds are larger, compared to the text, then I would prefer and the picture boxes don't always translate onto the book in quite the same place, leaving white strips. Colour matches the interface well, but here is a strange thing; having had issues with the lap top I wasn't sure that the required book would reflect the colours on the interface/my screen, so I ordered a picture and this came out way way darker. Not willing to commit £80-!00 on a book and with no test prints available, I had a small book printed and this turned out pretty good, so now I will commit to a larger book. Why don't the pictue prints match the books? This could be seriously off-putting to many people. The book turned up quicker than expected and the quality, with the lay flat pages, was very good. Am I alone in thinking that the paper is a bit too thick! I hope these are constructive comments, overall this is a good product that I hope to continue using.”

“I have been using Bob Books for a number of years and have always found their product to be excellent. The customer service is also excellent both on the chat line and on the phone. The team seem to all sing from the same hymn sheet and are pleasant and helpful as they are when you meet them at exhibitions. They seem to believe in their product and generally want to please the customer. My biggest wish is that Bob would introduce another book which had a text bias. Keep up the good work and thank you!”

“Easy to compile your book using the Bob Book system. This is followed by speedy service so that you have your book back to enjoy. I rate the quality of the finished product to be very high. I have contacted Customer service on two occasions and was pleased with how my requirements were dealt with.”

“I have been recommending Bob Books for several years now as I find it has the geatest variety of product choices and the most sophisticated editing capacity of any publishing photo book system I know. I've also experienced excellent and fast help when I've needed something clarified. Altogether a satisfying experience - I love making my books! - with top rate printing and publishing quality to perpetuate my memories!”

“Bob's photo books always look very professional. After my trips I love putting together my photo book. I get a lot of compliments on the finished book and friends have been very impressed. They are very nice to put on a coffee table and flip through regularly.”

“Working offline is a great advantage, and the software is very user-friendly, with advanced editing and layout options that are way ahead of competitors. Support is readily available, and I've consistently received prompt, courteous and effective service. “A friend introduced me to the concept of 'Photo books'. I made my first order with you for my daughter's 21st birthday gift back in September, and was so pleased that I have now compiled one for my mother's birthday and for my sister's 50th (the order that I placed last week). I am extremely pleased with the ease of compiling and ordering these books. I was also happy to learn that I was able to arrange for my sisters to be posted directly to her in Canada. I already have another concept in mind which I plan to create and order in the coming month or two. So thank you Bobs books.”

“I have been using Bob Books for a number of years now, and have also recommended it to friends who have also used it. I have only ever had one problem with the quality of a book I received, and Bob Books came up trumps rectifying the fault and reprinting without additional cost. Overall I have always been pleased with the results, although each time there is a software upgrade I have to get to grips with the new features, which can sometimes be quite challenging. Having said that I have always found the helpline very helpful”

“Photobooks: Good quality books; good packaging I was disappointed that there was no discount on an order of 3 of the same. I would like the option of adding text to the photos themselves rather than just the cover photo. Good response to e-mail enquiries. Easy to use website for creating the photo books”
