“I have been using Bob Books for a number of years now, and have also recommended it to friends who have also used it. I have only ever had one problem with the quality of a book I received, and Bob Books came up trumps rectifying the fault and reprinting without additional cost. Overall I have always been pleased with the results, although each time there is a software upgrade I have to get to grips with the new features, which can sometimes be quite challenging. Having said that I have always found the helpline very helpful”

“Photobooks: Good quality books; good packaging I was disappointed that there was no discount on an order of 3 of the same. I would like the option of adding text to the photos themselves rather than just the cover photo. Good response to e-mail enquiries. Easy to use website for creating the photo books”

“I have used Bob books for almost a decade and found them to be excellent. The product quality is my prime requirement, and Bob Books delivers here. The delivery is fast, efficient and well packaged. The software is easy to use and flexible, which is more than adequate for my needs. I highly recommend Bob Books and will be using them again.”

“Always been very pleased with your products and find the software great. However slightly disappointed with the last order as I thought I had completed the book but obviously had left the second half of the book completely blank. Such a waste of money. Not sure how I overlooked this but it would have been nice if someone had contacted me to check I was happy to go ahead with the printing when it was such an obvious mistake... maybe it's all done by a machine but still someone would have packaged it up. I'm hoping to make a big order again in the next week or two for Christmas presents so it has not put me off but I don't think I'll create on my phone again as this is when the mistake happened. Thank you! Alice”

“Shipment was very fast (abroad) and the result was stunning. Some of the photos I used, looked even better in the book I recieved than the original photo itself!”

“The software download was straightforward and easy to use. When I rang up to arrange the order itself the staff over the phone gave me very helpful advice and were extremely knowledgeable. I will definitely use these guys again when I next do a photobook.”

“I was very impressed by the quality of the book I received. Bob's Books may not be the cheapest on the market, but the quality is the best I've seen and - in my view - worth paying extra for.”
