“I was new to the world of photo books and chose Bobbooks because it was recommended by a friend and I also read a good online review. As it was my first book, I stuck to the options for predesigned spreads that the software offered me, and was very pleased by how easy it was to work with. I called the help desk with a couple of queries and found them very helpful. My order was dealt with very promptly and the finished products look very professional. Now I have a bit more confidence, I am looking forward to designing my own spreads next time!”

“Absolutely amazed by the speed of turnaround and quality of the books I ordered from Bob. Completed design and ordered on Sunday 13 Dec and they arrived today 16 Dec. I am so impressed and cannot recommend more highly. Quality is superb and looks better than my original photos. This is fun and I think I will be designing and ordering more, but that can wait until after Christmas even if Bob can't - he certainly has a head for customer satisfaction and I'm not easily impressed!”

“I have made 3 hardback photo books so far (lustre photographic, matte and classic) and I am over the moon with the endless options to personalize them. Most importantly the editing software is very easy to use. I am extremely pleased with the end results, the reasonable quick delivery and service. Well done Bob Books. I am hooked now.”

“I'd put off doing anything with my photos but fresh back from a trip to the Arctic I wanted to show off my Polar Bear photos. Bob's Books was recommended and I found I could do it from my iPad. It was easy to put my album together and the speed of acknowledgement, processing and delivery was astounding. My book was with me within days and of wonderful quality. Couldn't be more delighted and now it's my turn to recommend Bob's Books!”

“Quality is good. Packaging can be improved. The blue foam corner protection should actually be attached to the book instead of just being thrown on top of it! Delivery - My last book took and long time to get delivered. Even though my phone number is on the address label, someone wrote on the package that they have requested a phone number for me??? Very a maturity.”

“I have used Bob Books over twenty times. The quality of the books is second to none, every bit as good as a book off a shelf in a shop. With a little bit of practise it is easy to be inventive with your presentation style and create some fantastic memories. Whenever i have had some slight problems, inevitable over the years, i have always found the staff increadibly helpful. I would only give one piece of advice - prints can come out a little darker onthe page than they appear on the screen. It is a good idea to very slightly overcompensate on the brigtness of your pictures. Meanwhile i would not risk any other company.”

“I have used Bobs books both professional and personally, i have found them to be consistently the best quality you can get for the money paid, there are many other companies offering phonebooks but Bobs lay flat are among the best even when compared to others costing a great deal more.”

“I was told about Bob Books by a friend who is a professional photographer . He said that Bob Books was the best site, from which to obtain , high quality results for the reproduction of my art work. At first I was a little hesitant about sending valuable images online to a firm that I had not dealt with on a one to one basis. However there was no problem of this kind. I found it quick and easy to download the software and after a little bit of instruction from my photographer friend, easy to use ,apart from a few teething problems with placing type on the spine of my hardback book. The online advice I received from their staff was speedy and clear and helpful. As my book has a seventy two pages ,with a great many images in it, I took a considerable time to design each page . I was concerned that there would be a time limit on how long I could take to complete the book ,however there didn't appear to be a limit on that and the incomplete book could lay on my desktop until I had prepared material for insertion. This was a great blessing to me. Delivery was efficient with no problems. When I opened the package it was well protected from damage. It was exciting to open the package and see the product of the hard work I had put into the book and to handle it as a real object. The quality of the colour and paper was excellent and I felt the enormous potential that Bob Books can give to me as an artist/designer ,for the recording and presentation of examples of my work to potential clients . To sum up I am delighted with the product of Bob Books service and will certainly use them again in the future.”

“Bob Books is just the simplest system to use. I've tried a few different providers now and Bob Books are by far the best quality. I use the desktop software and I just keep my family photo book running all year. Each time we do something I make up another page and add the relevant photos. Makes it easy to stay up-to-date. My sister-in-law is now using Bob Books as well!!”

“Overall I believe that Bob Books offer a great product. My only criticism is that I feel they don't give detailed layout options for cover page edges and spines. This oversight results in cover work often being poorly aligned and the entire intended images not visible. It is apparent that the page quantity is a factor in this problem as the wraparound alignment changes depending on how thick the book is. I feel that more attention to detail and a higher level of inspection prior to and after printing at the Bob Books factory should remedy this. Another option would be to give the customer a more specific image grid and maintain the position of the customers work. Bob Books are expensive but high quality and so I wish this issue could be resolved. For this kind of high end purchase it should be perfect. It is very close to being perfect but close just isn't good enough in or on my book.”

“I've recently produced two books. I thought I'd try a softback and it was even better than I'd anticipated. The hardback, wedding book was absolutely brilliant. I've now started a long holiday book although the thinking is slowing me down.”
