“Excellent customer service. After receiving a badly printed photo book(the first bad copy in ten years of using the service) the customer service dept liased with the lab guys to check and reprint the book,resulting in a 100% improvement,all free of charge.”

“As always the printing, packing and speed of delivery was excellent. I had some trouble uploading my last book but this was sorted out by the Team and after downloading the latest version of Bob Books all went well.”

“As time goes on the Bob Books software is getting better and better. Not only that but the results look more professional. The resulting books are of a high quality. I dread looking at friends' photographs on a computer. Our friends seem to love looking at our hard copy Bob Books albums if only because it avoids the pain of looking at endless unedited photographs on a computer.”

“The software is very easy to use. There is a huge range of colours, backgrounds as well as frames etc to use. It is easy to find and insert your photos. There are pre arranged layouts of numbers of photos per page or you can have complete control and decide yourself how you wish to place the photos. Wide choice of size of book and types of paper as well as soft or hard back. If the photo is too low a quality a warning will come up but you can override it. Book instantly ready on line to email friends. Actual book arrives very quickly”

“My Sister has used Bob’s books for many years now, but this was the first book I have produced. It was far easier to do than I had expected and the final resulting book was wonderful. So many of my friends were very impressed how professional it looked and what a great treasure it will be in years to come of my very special trip to Africa. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bob’s books to everyone. One of my friends is a publisher by profession and he said he couldn’t have done it better himself, but if he had it would have been far more expensive!”
