“V easy to use because you can make the whole book off line so you don't have to wait for photos to upload. V good quality book. Only criticism is that setting the borders and sizes of pictures is quite tricky and it isn't always clear how much clearance you've got to the edge of the page.”

“I have used Bob Books for about 3 years and I am a big fan for many reasons. The software is fantastic and make the whole experience of creating your own book, calendar, what ever so easy and enjoyable - so important when taking the time to create your personalised work. There is a great selection in product to choose from and also from a creative perspective there is a spectrum, if you will, of how creative you want to be. You can either use the more prescriptive formats, or you can have total creative control - which I love. The end product is also fantastic. The end product is very slick and professional. I created my own wedding book and it looks so stylish and receives many compliments and yet the whole process was so easy and overall so cost effective. I also love the promotions which Bob Books constantly seem to have on, they are great and fun and I try to make the most of them when I can. They are a real incentive and reward for customers, not to mention the points reward scheme they have. I have also noticed in the time (3 years or so) I have used BB, that they have constantly developed themselves - their product, their website, their creative tools, their software; their customer service and help functionality. with regards to the latter I have found their customer service to be extremely good, which makes them stand out. They take the time to resolve issues and do so in a very efficient manner - your custom is obviously very important to them which is very important and refreshing today. Overall I love Bob Books and because of them I love creating my own personalised photo products / gifts.”

“Just had 7 books. 4 were excellent but the last 3 were disappointingly dark despite being prepared in the same manner. All photos were optimised and all had green ticks. Disappointing.”

“Bob Books give great service and quality. I ordered my latest one (the 4th) and then realised I would be away when it was due to be delivered. They held onto it until I returned and then I had it delivered when I returned. As with all my Bob Books I am extremely pleased with its quality.”
