“I have made two large photo books and the quality of the printing is excellent. It's great that I can have a number of photos on a page or just one and can add text to them. It gives me hours of enjoyment to create a new book and I will definitely be using the service again soon.”

“I have published 7 previous books with you and generally been very happy indeed, although I did have one issue with slight white edging on the cover of one. However I am very disappointed with the 8th. In simple terms the photos have come out far darker than the originals, and darker than they look on the template. In summary, I would like you to reprint the book, and ask how we begin that process. Thank you David Reilly”

Without seeing the book and comparing it to the files, I can't say if a reprint alone will improve the printing, or if some adjustments need to be made to the images themselves before a reprint. “This was my first time using Bob Books and I must say I was extremely pleased. I did quite a lot of online review reading before using them for a travel book. I had some questions before hand and they were answered to my satisfaction. During my order process, I missed a step and had some issues which they quickly resolved for me. The book arrived before the date given-even though it was the holiday season. I’m quite happy with the quality of my book. The colors are very good and I like the matte finish on the pages. I will be a return customer!”

“The hardest part was choosing which photos to select out of the hundreds I had on file, The actual making of the book was a pleasure. There is a good choice of formats and the program is easy to use and understand, with all the background colours, fonts and layouts one could ask for. Changes can be made easily at any stage when necessary. The book itself ( my second Bob Book ) is very good quality, and will be a great keepsake.”

“Bob Books are excellent quality and the staff are very helpful. I’m a designer so being able to produce the books in indesign gives me the freedom I want for my layouts. I always buy the hardback cover and use the lustre photographic paper. It is more expensive but I love the lay-flat binding and the pages have such a luxurious feel. When you receive it you know the book will last forever.”
