“Was thrilled with my photo book when it arrived. Will definitely be ordering more. An excellent way to treasure all of my holiday photographs with my family rather than them being stuck in my phone/camera. Very easy to upload. Thank You!”

“It would be good to have the help line open at week ends and in the evenings on week days. It is easier to talk over problems over the phone rather than writing emails.”

“I am very pleased with the quality and design of the book. The first one I produced was done up against an urgent deadline, so I did not have time to explore the editing I could do as I was creating the book. The second book, I gave myself more time to master moving the photos, changing their shape to fit the design I was seeking. I am still unsure about being able to add additional photos following the initial download, but I shall try and work this out on the next book.”

“As a Professional Photographer i use Bob Books software regulary to make memory albums. I find it a good consistent site, it can easily tweeked and edited as necessary to make completely bespoke albums. Also suitable for the complete beginner, with the help pages they can produce an album. Also if you need to contact Bob Books i find they are a really helpful company with quick response times.”

“Since being introduced to Bob Books some years ago I have used them to record all our family occassions; our life in pictures. I also created a family history mixing copy with old photos and records. The service is reliable and the software easy to use creatively.”

“For some years we've been recording special family events and holidays by making a Bob Book. Creating a book is straightforward and satisfying, the ordering process is simple and the finished article comes through the post in no time. It always looks great and there's no better way of bringing memories back to life than by opening up the Bob Book and reliving the good times.”

“I've used Bob Books on several occasions and have been happy with the quick response to queries, the speed of delivery - always within one week of placing my order - and the quality of the product. Most recently I've had a hard back book printed on matt paper and I'm very pleased with the result; text and photographs are reproduced to a high standard. I'd like to see the matt finish option extended to open-flat books as well!”

“I have now had more than a dozen photobooks ranging from softbacks to large-format hardbacks and have been very pleased with the quality of production and the efficient level of service. Only once did I receive a book with a couple of printing faults and it was replaced without delay. Have recommended Bob Books to several friends over the years.”

“Software is very easy to download and install. Easy to use too. The photobook was delivered within promised deadline, safely packaged and print quality is great. I'd like to have been offered a few more options for the cover/outer appearance and material. I'd have paid a little more for leather / faux leather, or something with a little more thickness to it, just to make the end product (34 page large square) feel a little thicker and more premium.”

“I find the Bob book designer easy to use with many of the features allowing to create unusual design. The quality of the book is as expected. Definitely enjoy working with it and will carry on in the future. It will be interesting in BobBook organise some training sessions, I would definitely attend”

“I can't praise Bob Books enough! I used their Design Service who were just brilliant at designing my book, and I loved the fact that I could then make changes and add captions before going to print, all of which were carried out quickly and accurately. And when the finished book arrived in the post - WOW! It really brought mu holiday memories back to life, the quality was amazing! Am now working on my next book, and can't wait to get it finished!”

“The interface is easy to use, easy to learn and very flexible. You can use the templates provided, change the templates provided or ignore them completely. The quality of the finished product is excelent and is delivered on the timescale they tell you. I will not look elsewhere.”
