“When I recently ordered the wrong size book my error was quickly corrected and the customer services was excellent. The quality of the finished book is excellent and I have always received my orders very quickly. I would not use anyone else and I would strongly recommend to others”

“I've done over a dozen bob books in the past and would recommend them to anyone looking for high quality printing and binding. Most orders arrive promptly; often less than a week. Customer service also excellent on the rare occasions I've had to use them.”

“Some trouble uploading my order, but Bob Books were very helpful in offering advice and made sure I still qualified for the special discount offer even though I hadn't been able to upload successfully until the day after the offer was supposed to expire.”

“I decided at fairly short notice to put together a book of photos for my mother -in - laws 90th birthday. We have only had digital photos since 2003 and I thought it would be nice for her to have something to show and keep. We have taken her a way twice this year, and had a number of nice up to date photos. I was very pleased with how the book turned out, but more relevant, mother in law was delighted with family photos of meaningful occasions going back to 2003. She kept picking up the book and going through it with whomever was willing to share it with her. In this day of digitalised photos the printed version can't be beaten.”

“I started by trying to convert a PDF file to a book, and all seemed well until the very end when it turned out that every single page of the PDF was not up to the quality required. There was no upfront warning of this, which Bob's Books recognised and apologised for. (Hence only 4 stars). I then used the build your own book, and this was fine, as it gives you an immediate feedback on the quality of the photos etc. I ordered the glossy paper, and I must say the finished product is excellent quality. I am really delighted with the look and feel of it. If you haven't used the software before there is a bit of a learning curve as to be expected, and it does take some time to build the book. The finished product is well worth it though.”

“I've used Bob Books for a few years now. The software has a few niggles. like you can't import your own fonts and picture can jump to the edge of the page - but in the scheme of things, the software is effective and with it's help I produce photo books, that I with family and friends can look back on and enjoy. The quality of pictures and the service they offer is exceptional.”

“Easy to use software and a very prompt service. The quality of books is excellent and admired by all friends. The paper is sumptuous with a range of finishes but the luxurious gloss paper really makes the photographs stand out. We ordered and in a week were notified of dispatch and our book arrived by courier on a Sunday. A reliable, helpful and professional service. Difficult to be beaten. KeithM”

“Up till my last two orders out of 32+ orders I would have gladly given a 10 but the problems I have had with the last 2 orders is the finished book is nothing like the computer copy downloaded to you for print. The pictures came out dark some you couldn't see at all. Even professional photos were the same. The last order was reprinted and I am awaiting the fait of my last order. Based on the order I had reprinted had you asked for a number for helpfulness I would say 8/9. I still do not what to do regarding sending further orders as the cost of sending these books back mount up.”

“Creating the photo book was made so much easier by using the help videos which were clear and to the point. The completed book was of superb quality of both reproduction of the photographs and the paper and printed cover. My book was created as a present for a special friends "big" birthday and her reaction to receiving it was a special moment! I couldn't have chosen better than using Bob's Books.”

“Once again an absolutely sensational book. Care and attention at every stage from printing to posting (including protective corners in the box). The printing is superb - colours and rendition are just like the images have been hand printed to ensure all the saturation and contrast is perfect. All books are great but the photographic gloss surface is truly sensational. Yes, perhaps a little more expensive but worth every penny. They are my heirlooms and treasures for now and in the future. Alas, I am also hooked on creating the books to either tell a story or exhibit prints that I have gone to (literally) the ends of the earth for. There is simply nothing that the company could improve on.”

“Have been using bobs books for almost 8years and find the website easy to use,the format improving year on year and the quality excellent. The books arrive quickly and I think they are good value for money. I use them as holiday journals but also each year I keep photos of my grandchildren and then make a book to give them on their birthdays. They love these little mementos and often look at them or take them to school and in this digital age it's lovely to have a custom made photo album to keep. Highly recommended.”

“I opted for a softback photobook having tried a hardback last time. Having selected the photos for the book in no particular order it was not helpful for the software to populate all the pages automatically - I would much prefer to fill blank pages the way I did with the hardback book. The range of formats and backgrounds was very good and the final uploading of the files went without a hitch. The resulting book looked really good. The price was pretty fair considering the quality.”
