“We used bob books to create a wedding album. Reviews we had read were all favourable. We choose the large landscape size . When it arrived it was larger than we first thought, which was a nice surprise. The quality of the paper was excellent, colour accuracy was good too. To my tastes I thought the photos were a little too dark. I thought the price was on the high side. Overall very pleased.”

“Always great print quality and the software is the best I have come across. Well packaged and delivered so from designing to ordering I have never had a problem over many years. Would be five stars were it not for the fact that the prices are a bit steep; but you do get what you pay for, for sure.”

“Great quality book easy software to use only let down was express delivery took 4 days and no tracking info so no one in to accept delivery had to travel 5 miles to collect from Premier store no option to redeliver, would suggest using a different express delivery supplier.”

“'Bob Books' is easy to use, once you have got the hang of it, and offers wide choices in design. The quality of the product is very good. The one snag is the price, which is high.”

“Your service and the final product were excellent. We did not have to wait long before the book which we were more than pleased with arrived. The area we found a little tricky was the software, which we felt was over complicated. Of course we don’t use the software very often so we have to re-learn it each time.”

“Generally very happy with the quality but in some pictures the colours were a bit disappointing ( very yellow)- maybe however my fault if due to to artificial lighting and mobile phone rather than natural lighting and camera.”

“The software is good, the prices are fine, just make sure your photos are bright enough or you'll be disappointed because pictures printed on paper don't look like pictures on a screen. Not at all. Obvious?”

“Had a square book done of a holiday trip. The desktop software was generally easy to use, a few things took a little getting used to and there were no templates that seemed design to have captions. One page turned out not quite how I wanted because of trimming at the edge of the page. Delivery was fast. Paper and reproduction quality good.”

“Beautiful quality and efficient delivery. Only downside was emailing a copy to friends and family. All four deleted the email thinking it was spam! You need to try and do something to rectify this.”

“Overall a good service, my photobook arrived promptly and the quality is great. It took me a little bit of time to get to grips with the editing software, some parts of the user interface were less than intuitive, but ultimately I was able to edit the book and create the effect I wanted.”

“I'm a wildlife photographer, and I ordered a calendar of my images as a Christmas present for my cousin. I'd used Bob Books a couple of times before, and the quality of the printing was again excellent. I even had a voucher to use from winning a competition, so it was free! Keep up the good work...”

“The software is really very easy to use and allows a lot of versatility in fine-tuning the products. The quality of the printed items is high and seems to perfectly replicate the online representation in colour, clarity and cutoff. I had one problem with the payment process but the staff in the office rectified everything with no bother at all. I had initially tried talking to the online chat help but they weren't able to do anything although it took a long time to get to that point.”
