“1 I was told that the book I'd created for my son's 40th in 2014 was no longer available. I created a book for my daughter's 40th and when I signed in I discovered my son's book was available to me. This would have saved me so many hours of research and time. I received my daughter's book and I rang and asked for a paperback of hers and her brothers for me. I was toldd that I would have to submit my photos again but when I went in many of the photo's were missing and I don't have the knowhow why or how to retrieve them. So BobsBooks lost out on two more sales by not being able to use my original books to reproduce into paperback books for me. I was disappointed and frustrated. I requested to the gentleman I spoke to last to email me an "Idiot's guide" of how to retrieve my photos and he said he would but I never received one. If there is any way I could order these books then please contact me. Thank you.”

“Looked at other sights and, as a pensioner, wasn't too sure if by moving my photo's I would loose them, so Bob Books suited my hesitations as a first time user. I was delighted with the results, as was my twin sister, the black and white photo's came up a treat. Now we have recorded that part of our history for the next generation, I look forward to settling down to make photographic books of life together with our children, and all the adventures we shared as a 'Forces Family'”

“We have used Bob Books to produce albums of all our recent long-haul holidays and they are an easy and accessible way of capturing travel experiences to show friends and family. We look at the beautiful books much more often that other photos held on the computer or in other albums.”

“I am something of a technophobe but this is a very user friendly website, you can use the set lay outs or make up your own - either way the finished product will look professional. Its the perfect way to capture your photo memories - family weddings, wonderful holidays, a hundredth birthday celebration - I've done them all and have never failed to be delighted with the end result. Nothing beats picking up a lovely book and re-living or sharing happy times.”

“I have used Bob Books several times to make photos books and calendars. Every time the quality has been excellent and they have always been shipped out quickly. The software is extremely easy to use and almost everything can be customised which I love as I like to do the layout myself rather than use a template. I once tried a different company which was cheaper but the software didn't offer as many options and the quality was not as good. Now I just stick with Bob Books and wouldn't consider using any other company. I can't fault them at all.”

“Hi, I have been using Bob Books for a number of years now. The programme is easy to use and any questions I have had whilst laying out the photos are answered quickly. The books come in lots of formats and it's easy to add pages if need be. They arrive promptly and are exactly how I laid them out with each page printed to a high quality.”

“The thing to do is get organised first; get your jpegs ready, practice with the site, get your head round all the template options, then crack on - it is so easy if you do that, and it's brilliant.”

“A fabulous why to create a gift . It was beautiful. My only complaint is that I would like an option to include writing in the app as I was unable to add text around the photos. It is such a great app allowing different layouts for each page. I want to make another one for my mum and another for my dad. I hope text becomes optional on apps soon.”

“Very good at albums. The software allows to to crop and enhance photographs but more importantly if you arrange the photographs that you are considering, but may not use them all, the software arranges them in date order. Very good when doing year books. Choice of book design great and there are lots of ways to sort your layout and caption it all. I takes a bot of time to get all the features but it is really worthwhile. The turnaround is very good and while I have not really looked into costs it all seems very competitive. Do try it!”

“Excellent software which works very well and is very versatile. Easy to combine Bob Books with information or additional information from the web, the one picture you couldn't get for your photo book! I have continued to be impressed the more experience in its use I have become. I have now completed some 20 books and the only errors are the ones I have made. The help line both by telephone or E mail is always quick and helpful. Delivery in only 5 days and often less. First class”
