“With Bob Books you have total control on the layout, size, shape & position of photos & text. There is also a good range of book size & quality paper to choose from. The quality of the completed books is consistent and the delivery period is reasonable. They are not the cheapest provider, but we believe they are the best value provider for a quality product.”

“The albums I have done with Bob Books seem to get better and better as time goes on. The software has improved tremendously making it easier to produce high quality albums. The actual albums are also produced to a high standard. I have not discovered any of other company providing a better way of producing photo-books to such a high standard.”

“I have used Bob Books for several years now and the quality of their products is excellent. The response times are great and the customer service is top quality. I have had a couple of problems when ordering more than one format on the same order (e.g. poster & foamboard) where one product has arrived but the other hasn't so I've needed to chase it up. However, when I have contacted Customer Service and explained the situation they have responded quickly and really made the effort to get things sorted out. I don't expect these problems to reoccur and I will continue to use Bob Books as my customers are more than satisfied with the end product, as am I.”

“I received my book after a wonderful trip to Antarctica and couldn't have been more pleased with the quality of the book and the reproduction of my photographs. I have been showing it to all my friends and they are really impressed with the book, I am delighted with it and will definitely do another one of our next trip.”

“I ordered a Large book with the heaviest (photographic) pages. The order was delivered in good time and to a very high standard. These books are not cheap but they are very high quality and worth it in my opinion.”

“I continue to use Bob's books as I am always delighted with the results. I do think it is quite expensive and there are other companies out there which are cheaper and do better promotional offers, but I stick with Bob's books because I find it easy to use, it has a good amount of choice and flexibility in terms of design, and I am always pleased with my products.”

“This the second time I have used Bob books and I am delighted with the results. The first 2 books was a present for my husband to mark a 6 month sailing adventure. I had some beautiful photographs and they came out really well and I loved the flat binding and the way I could spread the photo over to the second page. The seams were seamless! The second book was to mark the life of my mum's life for her 90th birthday. I used the same flat binding format with good photographic paper and it coped very well with the old photos and the most recent. I ordered a book for each member of the family and i had a slight problem with one of the books where one of the pages had peeled away. Bob Books dealt with this straight away and sent me a replacement in time for her party. I am not great with computers but found the system easy to use and there was always a helpful person at the end of the phone if I got stuck. Have recommended Bob books to many friends.”

“I did try a couple of other sites, but found them very confusing, slow and not very reliable when getting half way through the process and then the system crashing, very frustrating. A friend used Bobbooks so I used it on some memorable holiday snaps, brilliant!! Easy access, clear instructions and help, I have just done another one and was told after only 48 hrs that my book is being delivered, love it.”
