“I choose to use Bob Books because there's a real person at the end of the phone, for when you get stuck, confused, plain cross, in the process of making up the book! My first album was a case of quality over quantity (as I couldn't visualise how many photos you could fit on a page, and often had just one!), and my latter two have been quantity over quality (too many photos crammed on to a page) - but Bob Books lets you do whatever, and they can all be successful!”

“Bob books software is downloaded from their website, rather than being an on-line application. This means that compiling the photo book is much quicker as the photos don't have to be uploaded individually. It takes a while to upload the whole thing at the end of the process but then you can just leave the computer and do something else! Quality of the finished product is excellent and the completed book has arrived very quickly both times we have used Bob Books. The price is very competitive too.”

“Amazing customer service and quality! Quick reply to my emails enquiring about different paper types, even tested colouring pens on the matte paper for me (they do not promise that they won't run, but from my own experience and theirs, they work well and don't come through the other side importantly). My one niggle, is that there isn't an easy way to check the actual pixel scale that is going to be applied to images, it just has a 'good enough' or 'not good enough' key, but I'd like an easy way to find exact numbers in the editor. Thanks for making my idea come to life, my partner has a wonderful colouring book of our year!”

“The upload is easy, the software is easy to use and the choice of layouts and backgrounds is impressive. I'd like more effects (eg film strip photos) but apart from that I have no suggested improvements.”

“Good quality book. Very helpful staff, i needed the book fast and they shipped it with courier instead of regular post. Thank you! BTW your google reviews are very hard to find, they dont pop up when you google search for bob books, i guess you need better SEO”

“Used Bobs books for the second year running to make a Mother's Day gift for my wife from our baby's, it came out better than I could have hoped for and she loved it more than anything. Thank you to Bobs books for another wonderful job. Special thanks to the cunatomer services team that upgraded my delivery to next day as I left it rather late to order!”

“Once again an excellent book of my photographs. I have, shame on me, tried three other photo book makers but I am always disappointed with the results when I compare them to my next Bob Book. So I am back for good now!”

“The software is very simply to use after some practice and some failed attempts, it takes some time to get used to finding and applying everything you need if you haven't used software like this before. Overall it produced a fabulous book where we maximised every page for a large lay flat and the quality of the printing is amazing. Everyone who has seen it wants one now ????”

“Bob Books combined user friendliness with plenty of flexibility to enable me to produce my first photo book which I was very happy with. The quality of the printing and the book itself is beyond expectations. The biggest issue I had was a couple of times when the battery ran down on my laptop; when I recharged and turned on the computer, the photos in the book had been jumbled up and it took hours to put them back in their proper order.”
