“Always easy to use and navigate around. Invariably pleased with the finished product and the prompt delivery. We look at our Bob Book photographs far more than the old photographs in the albums. They make great table top books. A good number of people, having looked at our books, have started making their own Bob Books.”

“I love the quality of Bob Books. The colours and quality of paper are excellent. There are a few things that would make Bob Books even better. It would be good if you could let other users login to the same account so that you can make a book together. It would be really good to have an option to purchase a book cover/box. Thanks Alex”

“Having submitted a book for a newly wed couple, the book arrived in a week, well packaged. On inspection one of the photos, the groom had a large dark shadow down one side of his face. It seems on speaking to one of the team that the automatic anti-red eye (which is on by default) needs to be switched off if I edited the images myself. This was not made clear in any of the online help at all. In the options section I turned off anti-red eye and re-submitted as instructed. To be fair, Bob Books reprinted for free and the new book was fine. If this had been made clear in the beginning then we wouldn't have had all the delay and fuss, disappointed really.”

“I have ordered photobooks from Bob Books before. They are easy to prepare using the free dowloaded programme and the printing is of a consistantly high quality. I had a problem with my last book with the automatic red-eye reduction creating a mark on one of the photographs that was not on the original. I followed the advice given by customer services to eradicate the problem, re-submited the album (with a code for a free reprint) and the problem was resolved. The customer service / after sales service is excellent. I will continue to use Bob Books for future photobooks. I recommend them!”

“The quality of the book is good, but delivery is a bit slow, and without tracking makes it difficult to know the status,will be good if you can provide faster and more expensive delivery option.”

“I have used Bobs Books to make more than 10 books now, recording my wedding, honeymoon and my children as they grow. I love the fact that I can change the number and the arrangement of photos on a page to suit my requirements and that there is so much freedom with the way the books can be put together and produced. The books are always of a high quality and the ordering process very easy. I am impressed with how quickly the books are delivered now too.”

“Process very straightforward and rewarding - have produced several books capturing holidays and travel. Producing a photobook enables us to relive the holiday experience and the final result is excellent memoire. Paper and print quality much better than expected; production has been within days; we really look forward to our books arriving in the post.”
