“I have spent a lot of money with Bob Books - and have had a lot of good experiences. Most recently, however, there was an error in the printing process, which resulted in a lot of the photos being too dark. So, I complained. The customer service I received was exceptional, and they looked into the problem and had a replacement book sent out within a week. The quality of the books is usually very good and, provided you take the time to work on the formatting and image quality, you'll be happy with the product you receive back. I always have been. It can be pricey - but you pay for quality.”

“The software is easy to use - not every company can accommodate Macintosh 10.5.8, but this ran well. Production and dispatch were very rapid, and I am delighted with the finished product, which is of excellent quality. Overall I find this good value for money.”

“This was the first time I had used Bob Books and I was very pleased with the high quality of the finished book. The video explaining how to use it was invaluable and I would recommend any first time user to watch this first.”

“I have used Bob Books for several years now. As keen amateur photographer, I print around half a doizen books a year and every now and again I try an alternative provider. They never come up to scratch. BB's quality surpassesses all I have used. Quiet expensive, but you are paying for quality.”

“I was very pleased with the content of the book. However the laminated cover of the book was 'bubbly' in places which affected the overall appearance. We are hoping to sell more copies of the book and as such we need to be sure that this will not happen on future copies. The price is also putting some people off from ordering a copy.
