“We went to China in 2012, and I created an album as a souvenir. I used Bob Books because I could download the software and create offline. I was so impressed with the creation process and the super quality of the finished album that I have since created five more and currently have six in the pipeline. Two words of warning though - make sure your picture exactly fits the frame you put it in, or its position within the frame might change during the printing; and, for me, any very shadowy areas have usually printed darker than they appeared on my screen - so now I always lighten these if possible. But now that I have sussed these two traps for the unwary, I love it!”

“Great quality books with true reproduction of colour. Love the fold flat books and like putting a photo covering front and rear cover. The Bob Books creation software is not as easy to use as some other products, hence the "Good" rating instead of "Very Good", but it has lots of tools to enable you to get the layout you want. Overall, very very pleased with the result.”

“Hi I would just like to write a quick review about bobs books , im a wedding photographer & have been using bobs books for about 3 years now , its a minefield on the internet regarding photo-books the choice is massive , I was after a photo-book which wouldn't cost a fortune but was still a good quality item I could produce for my customers I was told about bobs books by another wedding photographer so decided to try them . I was really pleased with the first book & can honestly say 100 books later the quality & service I get off bobs books is still A1 .”

“Very pleased with the quality of the final book, and the speed at which we received it. The ordering process was more difficult with issues being flagged, that didn't seem to be getting resolved after the changes were made - but I contacted customer services, who pointed me in the right direction, and the matter was quickly resolved after that. Thank you for great service and a fantastic product.”

“I found this photo book application quite straightforward, but when I did have a query- just before I approved printing - I received an email response from Bobs Books very quickly. It took less than 2 weeks to print and arrive and I was delighted with how professional the book looked when it arrived. As it was a present the quality was important and I was delighted as was the recipient. Will use Bob's Books again to collate our annual family snaps.”

“Really enjoyed creating my travel book and can't wait to do another one! The book was for my sister as a reminder of our trip to Venice and she was delighted! I made a few mistakes but it was my first attempt and feel more confident about creating another bob book.”

“I opted to use Bobs Books because I had seen positive reviews in magazines and on line. The downloaded software worked well, was intuitive to use and took 10-15mins to get to grips with was easy once I had decided on the images to include. Compiling the book took much longer as there were so many ways to present the images and I personally experimented with many layouts and sequences. One had to be careful about the numbers of images to use as once the standard number of pages (sides) was exceeded, (I think 26 sides from memory) these increased in increments of 8 pages thereafter. The visual representation on screen of the finished book was good and gave a good idea of how the finished article would look. The loading of the final article and payment process was straight forward. I opted for the pearl finish. Despite a warning that orders may take longer in the run up to Mothering Sunday I was astonished to receive the book in the post within a couple of days after placing the order. Packaging was good and robust. The finished article was excellent. The paper and hard-back material was high quality. Photo print and text quality and tonal/colour rendition exceeded expectations. The product makes an excellent, high quality gift (as in this case) but also a good way to preserve your favourite images. I will be using Bobs Books again for books and possibly for individual prints. I would fully recommend Bobs Books to others.”

“Having now had over 20 different books, starting small and progressing up to 30cms ones, I think I can say that I find the product excellent and the system easy to use. I have completed 2 using the new app and it is very simple to use but does not have the size range or options that I am use to on the main website at the moment, but the finished book is still of excellent quality.”

“Very impressed with Bob Books. Software is flexible and simple to use, making it very easy to create a book as you want it. Once your design is submitted, 'publication' is quite speedy and the finished product is of a high standard. I would heavily recommend this service.”

“We found this a much more flexible production this time, especially after a friend told us about the magnet feature which allowed us to put things where we wanted to on the pages when we switched it off. It might be a good idea to make this feature clearer for people before they start. The quality of our final book was excellent and everyone was delighted. Thank you. David Horner”

“The people from customer services didn't know much about printing, software updates and general information about the books. (I had some chats with different people) Only when I called the head office my problems where solved. The rest was perfect, delivery times and good quality. I suggest to take the bar code out of the books as it doesn't look nice on the cover design”
