“What makes me use Bob books instead of some of the other well known brands is because its programme allows complete freedom on editing and creating my photobook. Too often, programmes have pre set templates and image positions without any flexibility. The programme is very basic and let's be honest, its not slick looking. But it works well. The print quality is also good, which is an added reason for me to be a returning customer.”

“I love the design software its really easy to use and very flexible giving great results. Production and delivery were very quick and the final product was a great quality. I can't wait to make my next Bob book. All our friends and family love our albums and can't believe this is an online service as the result is so professional!”

“The software is excellent and downloaded very quickly. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I could access all my photos not just the holiday pictures and enjoyed compiling the book with no time constraint. I submitted one query by email and received a swift and clear response. The page colours in the finished book are exactly as shown on screen and the overall quality of the book is very high.”

“I spent some time trying out different on-line publishers and chose Bob's Books because of the flexibility in papers, formats and layout of the editor. What's more the service is exceptional with the product being delivered promptly. The final product is excellent, the photographs look better on the glossy paper than on my screens and never fail to impress visitors looking through our albums. I will definitely stick with Bob's Books!”

“Excellent service as always - I am building up quite a collection of your books and admit to having had a dabble with a couple of your competitors. Big mistake! Bob Books software is easy to use - lots of bells and whistles - and the results are excellent, especially the colour reproduction.”

“Excellent service. The book came easily within the expected delivery time and is really high quality - a w of people have wanted to know where i got it from. My only criticism is that the software for creating the book could be slightly easier to use. However it didn't prevent a fantastic outcome!”

“The quality of the book recently produced was excellent - the pictures were selected from a range of photographs of my late wife. The pictures were kept as reminders for my wife's grandchildren and as such will give them reminders and many memories. The book has a hard cover and over 30 pages of pictures with often 5 or six pictures per spread and various coloured backgrounds per page. There are few words required and the pictures speak for themselves and make for a good souvenir”

“We have used Bob's books a few times now for recording family events and lifelines. We are semi computer literate, but have not mastered techniques like "photoshop", etc. The software, once you get the hang of it, is easy to use and the quality of the finished product is 1st rate. You should, however, be aware that the quality of the book is dependant upon the quality of the photo used. A poor quality photo will print as a poor quality photo so you have to make sure that the base input is of an acceptable level!”

“The on line procedure for ordering photo albums with Bob Books is a total pleasure. The confirmation comes quickly and the order is processed efficiently and promptly. I have re-ordered my album three times because friends were so impressed with the quality they wanted an album as well. Another album coming up in the autumn! Thanks Bob Books Beverley”

“I've been using Bob Books for many years now and I'm consistently impressed with the quality of the finished product and also the customer service. The recent developments (such as lay flat binding and the online store) have been great and I look forward to what new features are introduced next. There was an issue with the delivery of my latest order but the customer services team were very helpful and helped me resolve the issue in a timely and efficient way. Two suggestions: 1) Offer the service to create digital copies (e.g. pdf) of the final photo books where we can zoom in and out and see the photos in full quality; 2) Develop the ipad/iphone app so that you can work on a photo book on both your home computer and your tablet/phone - this would obviously require the book to be developed on the cloud or at least uploaded to/downloaded from the cloud.”

“I use bob books several times a year and have introduced all my family to using them too. The software is easy to use and very flexible. The turnaround time is excellent and the quality of the finished product is first class. I also like the opportunity to publish my book which means that friends overseas can also see the finished product. There are cheaper photo book providers available but none match upto the service and quality of 'Bob' !”

“This is 2nd time we have used bobs books and we are extremely happy with the outcome again. It was so easy to use and the quality is fantastic. We are based in NZ and we were not sure if we would find the same quality as we were creating a very special book. Highly recommended!”

“Quality of product was superb. However packaging was insufficient and the courier (DPD) delivered the product in tatters. Picture was very badly damaged. Bob Books simply asked for photographic evidence and reordered my product. It would have been nice to receive a goodwill gesture such as a voucher for my next purchase due to the inconvenience but alas nothing was forthcoming. I would use them again but would suggest that they use stronger packaging and review their choice of courier.”

“Had some questions before placing an order, response was quick and answered the questions I asked - not an automated response! The book building software is solid and makes the job of building a book quick and easy. Books arrived beautifully packaged and the print quality was really good. Will be using Bobs Books for the next book.”

“Everyone has commented on the quality of the book (the best they've seen!). I live in Australia and I have had 5 separate orders all posted to me at a cheap rate. Once you have done one book it is very easy to do it yourself .The paper is very thick and find friends think it is two pages stuck together! Love the lustre paper!”
