“The service was very good, and the book was just as described and arrived on time. The software was a little clunky, taking a long time to load images, but worked well enough. Overall I would definitely use Bob Books again.”

“On the plus side, easy to use iPad app, quick service and good value for money. On the negative side, expected sharper quality of prints. Also the app is rather limited on layouts and other features which were available on PC software which I’d previously used.”

“The quality of my holiday album was excellent. I had one or two problems in preparing it, but the Bobs Book staff were very helpful suggesting a couple of "work arounds". I was doing my project directly on the website. Next time I will try using their download tool.”

“Made up a photo book as a trial using big scenery shots from a trip I had been on trekking in Patagonia. I was very impressed with the quality of printing. Strong colours and faithful to original photographs. Software was easy to use after a little practice”

“First order for Bob Books. The end result was great, but it would be even better with a sleeve like the old Apple phonebooks. The presentation book doesn't quite replace the sleeve. Will use again.”

“I would normally give Bob Books a 5*rating. However, on this occasion I had a difficult experience with a member of the IT support team . She was not able to solve my problem with my imac but refused to refer me to a senior colleague for help.I phoned back the following day and spoke to Richard who is always fantastic and his advice was excellent.”

Dear Susan, I am sorry that the first person that you were in contact with was not able to help you. We do have an after hours support team and unfortunately, they cannot always offer the best level of support like our 9-5 staff can. “The quality of the photos and book itself were great. The book was delivered in record time which was really great as it arrived just in time for the celebration it was made for. The only problem was the background colours: they came out differently in the book than what I thought I had chosen in the online application. Nevertheless I will try to find out what happened and I will definitely use Bob's Books again. Thanks for a great service!”

“The options are many for creating books in particular. The finished quality of books, cards and canvas wall hangings is what you want. Shipping charges are the same for international as they are for domestic locations. It just takes 1 to 2 weeks longer.”

“really good service we used this for our photography corse work and it looks great my only criticisms would be the the images get distorted if you put one image across a double page, this becomes a big issue with portraiture.”

“Found the software very easy use and book completed successfully. However something went wrong in shipping and customer services, who were extremely helpful, reordered for me and this order came within a week. So disappointing having to chase and original order lost. Hence 4 stars and not 5.”
