“I used the on-line facility and found it relatively easy to follow.Watch the videos before starting as they will give you pointers on how to use it. The finished article exceeded expectations and was competitively priced. The book was of good quality and the photographs used expertly produced within the book. I would highly recommend.”

“Excellent quality, pictures are super colour and needle sharp. Delivery was very quick. The ability to prepare the book at home rather than on line is much better. You can also use larger picture files than online books. Overall a great product, however its not the cheapest.”

“I love bob books ! I have been using them almost from the start & have never been tempted to switch to any other photo book. The software is easy to use, the turnaround time is impressive, the quality of the finished product is excellent & the help desk truly live upto their name (on the rare occasions I have had to use them ). I now have almost 100 Bob books on my shelves & look forward, every time I come home from a trip, to adding to the collection.... it is such a great way of recording special moments & precious memories”

“Excellent design and quality of end product. Best I could find and I have tried many. Good value too. Please keep working on the software to make it as easy as possible to move pictures around, move entire pages and delete and crop. Thank you !”

“As a professional photographer, I use Bob Books lay-flat books as my go-to standard package for my clients. The software is extremely flexible, intuitive and quick, and the products are by far the best value for money on the market. I also use Bob Books for all my personally projects and recommend them to anyone looking for top quality photo books at a reasonable price.”

“The software is easy to use but it gives you warnings about photo quality that are sometimes unwarranted- which I only found out having printed some of the images. They put a barcode on the back, which is unsightly and you have to pay extra for software that won’t include it. I generally like the quality of the books but I think I can get similar quality with less niggles elsewhere.”

Dear Customer, Thank you for taking the time to write a customer review. We are very sorry that you were not fully satisfied with the Bob Books experience. We have the warnings about photos in the software so our customers are aware of the quality of their photos and how they will be printed in the book. You can turn that feature off if you would prefer not to have these notifications appear. Unfortunately, all of our books will be printed with the barcode on the back. That is because we print the cover and the content of the books separately and we use the barcode to match up the correct cover to its content. Please note there is no additional charge with any of our softwares and regardless of which method you use to create your book, it will be printed with a barcode. “That number 5 star should read EXCELLENT! I have published gorgeous photo books for years using the large square, luster photographic paper. The software is easy to use; the color and quality excellent. Online chats are readily accessible and the customer support is fabulous. I have repeatedly recommended Bob Books to others, especially after seeing the results of photo books that have been published with some popular U.S. sites. I’m also blown away that Bob Books doesn’t charge me extra to have my books shipped to the States. I am a delighted customer in the U.S.!”
