“My first use of Bob's was an experiment as I did not know how it would turn out. The result was excellent and I'll be using Bob's Books again and trying out more features.”

“I've used Bob Books to produce two large calendars, a couple of photo books and two wee children 's books as presents for my grandchildren. It is a good company to deal with. Quite easy programmes to prepare your books from and delivery of the finished product is usually very quick. The quality of the books and calendars has been very good.”

“I have now produced three small/medium landscape travel books using the gloss photographic paper. After many years using another company, I have only recently switched to Bob Books. I find their programme easy and great fun to use and it gives me almost total editorial flexibility with both text and pictures. The print quality is fantastic. My only minus points are a) there is no autosave and b) the font size on the order pages is so small I can barely read it.”

Hello Elizabeth, Thank you for your feedback, I am glad to hear that you were happy with your photobook. As you used our Bob Designer software to create your photobook, it does not autosave as you go, however it does prompt you to save your book when you close the software and if your computer crashes it should autosave your work. In regards to the font size of our order pages, thank you for bringing this to our attention, we have passed this on to our developers and hope to address this issue in our next update. “Customer service is on the whole very good when having a technical problem whilst making a book. My only complaint on customer service is when someone pronises to call you back they need to follow that through. By contrast head office were very efficient and helpful. I will continue to be a loyal customer.”

“Great quality product. On time delivery. Quite expensive though. I would have found it useful to have clearer instructions on website. First purchase and I wasted time uploading photos not realising needed to create the book offline then upload. Would be helpful to be able to copy an individual page rather than only a double page.”

“So easy to use. Loads of different formats, backgrounds designs. But even if you keep it very simple (as I did!) the result is excellent. Unbelievably fast delivery, fabulous quality, an item to treasure. Very good value for money.”

“I made a book of photographs of our grandchildren for my wife's Christmas present. Once I'd chosen the shots that I wanted in the book the actual uploading of the pictures and building the book was relatively easy. The web site is intuitive and I would be surprised if anyone had great difficulty producing a book. Most important. The quality of the book was excellent. I'm a picky photographer and I couldn't fault either colour or resolution. Bear in mind that the final result depends as much on the quality of the pictures as on Bob Book's input. Delivery was earlier than expected which surprised me as it was pretty close to Christmas and I expected the book to arrive later than expected. I've used three different companies to produce books of photographs and Bob Books is one of the best.”

“I have been ordering books and calendars from Bob Books for a number of years and have never been disappointed with the service or the quality of the product. There are plenty of options and the software has improved over the years (although it does tend to have a bit of a mind of its own!) I created a Ruby anniversary book for my parents with scan's of photos throughout their lives and my mum was moved to tears by it (in a good way!) so I would definitely recommend the time invested in making one.”

“The book never arrived. I got a refund, fast, which is good, but still not what I wanted! This may be the fault of the postal service, not Bob Books, but I would suggest that for international deliveries you use a service that can be tracked...”

Hello Andreas, Thank you for taking the time to send us your feedback. I am so sorry that your photobook did not arrive. Unfortunately we are unable to offer a tracked service for international delivery as the cost of delivery for a few copies is usually a lot more than the cost of the photobook and much more than the £5.99 that we charge for delivery to all Countries. However if you let me know the photobook format you would like to order (cover type, paper type, size and number of pages), the number of copies and address I would be happy to get a delivery quote for you and you can decide if you would like to go ahead and place a tracked order. “Very pleased with my two recent books on Namibia produced from scanned in slides. I am now in the process of consolidating my large collection of photos taken over the past 60 - 70 years into books - a huge task. Particularly please with the calendar I produced - better than anything you can buy in the shops! John Cucksey”

“The finished product is excellent, and it's relatively easy to put it together. We've used them twice for large wedding albums with around 170 photos in and they are very good quality, long lasting momentos of the day.”

“I just love Bob Books! I love the name, I love the programme and I love the books I've been producing using them for over 10 years now. I really enjoy the ease of creating the books and the fun I have editing my memories and photos - trips abroad, family and friends, a year in India and best of all - our wedding - it's great to have the photos but also all the cards we were sent. Just come back from USA and can't wait to get going on my next one! Thanks for keeping my memories bright and fresh Bob Books!”
