“I have ordered 14 photo-books from Bob Books, so obviously I am delighted with their service! I have always selected the lay-flat large square format books and they have all been beautifully printed and bound. The colour accuracy is remarkable and almost identical to what I see on the screen; I use a colourimeter to adjust my screen colours to 'true'. Great service; highly recommended!”

“There was a glitch on the software editing. It would not let me put text on my preferred colour background. Other than that, the service was excellent.”

“I think your product is excellent and have recomended the company to many friends. I think the Luster Photographic paper is worth the extra money. Every one I have shown the books, have asked where I had them printed and set out. I also think they are extremly good value for money. Peter Coulcher. I Have had three books done.”

“I have used Bob Books for about 5 years and made about 100 books, i stopped for a while as i was frustrated by the software upgrade as it lost all my creations not yet printed but started again after a few months of sulking. I have just made 7 lay flat large square books and it reminded me that you simply can't beet Bob for quality at a price, they are the best and i know as i have tried everyone, (I'm a pro wedding photographer making 150 books a year) My latest trial was of the full gloss pages in the lay flat, it is simply spectacular and will now become an option on my packages. In short, quality and value are the best out there.”

“Great quality books and calendars, easy to use and design. Have used several times however on occasion (including last time) there was a problem where the order got lost in the system and ended up receiving calendars weeks late. Bob books were v good in refunding the cost but it did take some time to resolve the issue and get the calendars.”

“I found the App easy to use. The end product was very professional and package carefully, so that there was no damage intransit. I would comment that: It would be nice to be able to name each photograph or include an Index at the front It was annoying that each time that the App pointed out that a photograph was not the correct size for a box, although I could remove it, that photograph was still "ticked" and shown as having been used in my original group of photographs. That got very confusing towards the end.”

“I have used Bob Books for years, for every one of my photo book projects. As a semi-professional photographer, quality matters and the books that Bob Books produce are always of the highest quality. They are also very prompt : their books always arrive within a few days and are well packaged to prevent damage in the mail. The various layouts are also very user- friendly and easy to understand. I have recommended several friends to use Bob Books and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.”

“Having used Bob's Books before I find it really easy to use and provides a varied amount of backgrounds, texts and formats. Once completed, was very easy to order and I found this a very quick, efficient service, a reliable company and my album arrived within a week with great results. “I ordered some calendars to remember a family holiday last summer, and have ordered photo books in the past. The software is very good and easy to use, giving almost limitless possibilities for layouts, styles and designs. The actual product was well made and very good quality, except one of the four calendars had a fold on one page. When I contacted Bob Books they were willing to send a replacement when I sent them proof of the fault. In fact, we decided not to bother as it was a small issue anyway. I would highly recommend Bob Books and their quality of service.”

“If you want to produce digital Photo Books you need look no further than Bob Books: 1. The soft ware is excellent and very user friendly 2. The customer care is first class and the staff are invariably approachable and give excellent technical guidance. 3. If any problems occur with the production of your book it will be replaced to problem. Great people Great product The opportunity to publish your work on line and give access to your friends and or the world is great. Richard Phipps”

“I always go for the Large square classic - have done so for about 6 years now. The printing quality is excellent and the binding good. (I once went for the lustre photographic and some of the pages came loose, so won't try the lay-flat again). Software is easy to use and the recent updates have been good - better range of background page colours. The only thing I still struggle with is if I want to import a lot of text from a word document - have had issues with font and sizing, and I haven't worked out how to strip in text so that it runs over pages automatically, without doing a cut-and-paste page by page. Any advice gratefully received! But my books are usually mainly photos, so not a real problem. Once ordered, books are printed and shipped very quickly; packaging to protect the corners is excellent.”
