“Bob Books is a first class product with easy to use software, helpful support and most important quality results. Print quality is excellent with sharp accurate colours and contrast. If your monitor is properly profiled the Bob Book pictures will accurately match your expectations. The only downside is that the books are costly and reductions for quantity very modest.”

“Most years the calendars are excellent - this time awful. After receiving them I ordered one again as I thought there must be a mistake in production? No - that came along badly produced as well. Too dark, bad quality etc.”

Can I ask if you contacted our customer care team when you placed the re-order? We would be happy to look into this further for you and work with you to re-print your calendar to your satisfaction or refund the order if you wish to return it. If you could send a photo of the calendar you received and a copy of one of the images you have used, so we can compare this and let you know if you need to make any adjustments on your side. “Great system, latest iteration of the editor even better. Really easy to load images and layout pages and see which images you've used. Already recommended it to a friend who did a book for their daughter's 16th and she was overjoyed.”

“High quality product with excellent, supportive customer care. Any problems I have had have been promptly and effectively resolved. Working off-line is a huge advantage, especially in areas with slow upload speeds. I appreciate the software remaining intelligible and user-friendly when you do updates. The versatilty in layout and effects is a major factor in my choice of Bobbooks over the competitors, and the regular offers of 20% off make a big difference (especially as I am often offered 80% off by Photobox!). Several friends have started producing your books, having seen some of mine. You are on a roll. Please keep up your competitive edge!”

“I used bobbooks to create a family photo album as a present. The printed book was beautiful- all the photos came out wonderfully. The book creater was intuitive and easy to use. I was very happy with everything overall. Will use again!”

“This year, we ordered 5 calendars from Bob Books. We have used other, cheaper companies in the past but the quality and colour reproduction of Bob Books are excellent. You really DO get what you pay for!”

“My latest large, landscape, hardback photobook met the usual high standards of binding and photographic reproduction and the order was dealt with promptly and efficiently once again. Personally, my only problem is with the text as I invariably make the odd spelling mistake or omit a letter. The crux of the matter is the tiny letter size when annotating the pictures and, even when enlarging the font size afterwards, the occasional mistake slips through the net. Difficult to know how to eradicate the problem except by double double checking everything.”
