“A couple weeks before my wedding, I decided to make a bob book instead of a card. I was able to put it together quite quickly, but when all was said and done, the shipping date was way too close for comfort. Luckily Kate stepped in. She was an absolute star and guided me on all the options to choose to optimise my shipping, and kept me posted every step of the way. Kate definitely helped ease a stressful situation, and my bride couldn't have been happier. Though I may have set the bar a bit high for some of the wedding party getting married soon.”

“Love Bob Books. First used them for our wedding album and wouldn’t use anyone else for photo books now. The iPhone app is excellent and means I actually stand a chance of printing the photos from my phone. When bugs have cropped up the support has been excellent.”

“Making the book was great - it took just a little time to get the hang of all the editing tools. The Chat box on the website helped too if you ran into any trouble. My only difficulty was that after a few weeks some of my pictures were deleted so I needed to make the book in two parts as it was too difficult to re-load the remaining pictures.”

“I ordered a hard cover lay flat phonebook for my wedding album. I was very impressed with the quality of the book. It is very sturdy and the paper quality is perfect. I had around 70 pages but the thickest of the book was nice. The software to develop the book is easy to use.”

“Bob Books have printed a beautiful album of our African safari. Using their software to edit and arrange favourite photos into a special album is easy and the albums are amazing - to enjoy for years to come. We used their software to produce our daughter's wedding albums and 'first year' albums of our grandchildren. All are wonderful.”

“I used Bob Books to make a record of our two sons' weddings. The quality is excellent and the programme is fun to use. (I used a different, well know photo book maker to make the first one and gave it away because the quality was so poor!). I recommend Bob Books to anyone who sees our lovely albums.”

“Not only do Bob Books provide fantastic online and downloadable photo tools to create the perfect photo album but their customer service is second to none. When we have had issues with our creations they have gone further than I could have hoped for to rectify our concerns. We will look to use their services for photo albums and wall art in the future and will continue to recommend Bob Books to others.”

“The layflat photo book printed on lustre paper that I used for a wedding album was excellent. The colour rendering and sharpness matched the images I used exactly. The web based tool for creating the book was simple to use. I would use this type of book again for photo albums. Only improvement would be to use a better carrier - the UPS website is not user friendly & they don't allow you to change a delivery date until after they have made an attempt. The delivery driver was fine, it is just the UPS website & lack of ability to control the delivery that is poor.”
