“I am a huge fan of the Bob Books products and software. I'm not particularly computer literate so it needs to be good! I simply wouldn't dream of going on holiday without producing a book afterwards - in fact it can often influence my choice of camera shot and angle in the first place! Putting the book together is like extending the holiday and I will often pick up a book to look at when I definitely wouldn't want to log on and see the pictures online. Great work Bob Books, excellent customer service to back it all up with - no complaints from me.”

“I have made 24 A4 books and some A3 books. Bob books has continually upgraded their programme and each time it is improved in every way. The programme is easy to use, ( I am hopeless at doing very much on the computer - over 70 and self taught!!) the finished product looks most professional and the prompt return of the book is excellent. I have recommended it to many people. My thanks are to Audley Travel who promoted it in a magazine. Thank you Bob Books for outstanding Service.”

“I have now used Bobbooks for a few holidays memories and the service is excellent. The quality of printing is outstanding, the delivery expectations are what you wait for. The software is easy to use and a lot of frames/backgrounds have been added, all for the benefit of our creativity! “Bob Books are excellent - easy to download and use the software - can tailor each page - the colour of the page; size and placement of photos and text - a unique book and a quality finish, which arrives quickly in the post - and well packaged! emails for help well dealt with - highly recommend - completed almost twenty books now!!”

“I have tried many photobooks, probably about 8, but I often find that simple tasks are made so difficult as the program over complicates things. Bob Books was easy to pick up and I like the offline download as I don't always have access to WiFi so I can get my books prepared even when I'm in a country that doesn't support it. There is still room for improvement though, like being able to add a colour or white outline to text. An important feature when placing text on top of a photo as black OR white doesn't show up clearly. I could do this on my previous Bob Book but was told by a consultant yesterday that this feature has been removed - can't imagine why! I was told I would receive a call from the Bob team explaining this but no one has called me yet.”

“I've ordered a few full-gloss photobooks through Bob Books and have never been disappointed. Excellent clarity, quality, and colour reproduction. My only tiny gripe is the board they use for binding is a tad flexible. I'd prefer a firmer feel so the product holds its shape over time.”

“The software to design book was very easy to use, I liked the backgrounds and photo placement options. I was pleased with the quality of the book, I ordered the lustre paper. I would have liked the option to order a presentation box, I think this would be popular with customers. Be careful if you add text to front cover to far left, I did, and didn't take into account the width of book seam, it's limit wasn't shown in software, so my title was a little too far over that. I also don't like the blank page at back of book, it looks odd.”
