“I enjoy the total control it gives me over the design of my book. It is very easy to use and the fact that I can work offline; save it as I go, and then upload it when I am ready, is really convenient. On the negative, once it has been published and I receive the email asking if I want to allow friends to view it, if I delete that email it is almost impossible to find the link on the website to allow friends and family to view and possibly order a copy.”

“I found Bob Books software easy to use. Being my first book I was a little wary of what to expect but need not have worried. The finished product arrived earlier than expected and having used the Lustre Photographic paper was of excellent quality. I am in the process of producing my second book and will certainly use Bob Books again.”

“Once I got the hang of it, it was easy to upload the photos and edit them on line. The end product was a lot better than expected and the birthday present was a huge success. In fact, thinking of making another book in the next few months of a more recent holiday in Morocco. Thanks.”

“Generally very happy with the books I have ordered. Only downside is the cost but, having seen products from your cheaper rivals, the higher prices do seem to be justified. I am especially impressed with the way double pages lay flat and the overall flexibility & quality. The newest software( Bob Designer 6.0) does seem to be annoyingly slow at times compared with previous versions and not noticeably better. My main gripe is with your use of DPD for deliveries: they usually call when I am out which means I have to make a Premium Rate phone call(the website doesn't work) to book an appointment for me to collect the book within 2 days or they return it. What's wrong with good old Royal Mail who keep it for two weeks, no appointment required.”

“on my last order before Christmas the binding was very poorly done on the calendars. The delivery was sent to the wrong country although it was very clearly stated on the payment process. The website is unstable.”

“I have consistently found Bob Books to provide a quick and efficient service. The books and calendars, in whatever format I have chosen, have always been well printed. I have now done well over 20 books and calendars and have never been let down. I have already recommended BB to friends and relatives (including my wife!) and feedback from them has also been positive.”

“The integration of your online tool to create albums with iphoto has improved with the latest version, but is still not perfect. Especially the fact that events from iphoto are displayed in the online tool in a seemingly random order and cannot be sorted, makes sourcing pictures from events impossible if one has many events. The major gripe I have however is the fact that I continue to have issues with shipping ordered albums to my home, with most shipments getting lost and even though I have informed your team about the issue that you are using a wrong and incomplete address (even though the system shows that you have th ecorrect address), I do not get a clear and straight answer that this has now been fixed.”

“My goddaughter recommended using Bob Books to create a photo book when we were very impressed with the one she had made of the first year of her twins' life, so did the same for our daughter's wedding. I have to say, it took us a long time to get to grips with how to do it (possibly mostly because we are not too good with technical and computer skills), but when we finally achieved it (with some help from someone at Bob Books - useful) we were delighted with the result. Great that one can be so flexible with shapes, sizes, positions and angles of the photos. We went for the high quality paper - well worth it as each page looks fantastic. Quick service, so the album was returned in good time. One slight disadvantage was that the extra pages had to be added in 8's - we did want extra, but 4 would have been sufficient. Guess that is to do with the binding of the pages in groups though. Overall we were extremely satisfied and the final result is better than a different make we have onced used.”
