“Having now finished my 4th Bobs Book, I am beginning to appreciate what an excellent programme has been written to help the technically challenged get the best out of their photography. The email and verbal contact with assistance has been immaculate - they seem to be available at all hours. Very well done to whoever put this package together.”

“We have made a dozen books with Bob books and have always been delighted with the quality of the results. When we first started using Bob, we had a couple of minor problems but Bob sorted them out quickly and without any fuss. “I'm constantly raving about Bob Books to friends. I honestly can't say anything negative about them or the process at all. The program is so easy to use (even my mum can use it!), it's really intuitive, the order process is simple, the speed of delivery is astonishing, and the quality of product at the end is fantastic. I really really can't fault them.”

“As an ex photographic printer, I was unsure about ordering a book of photos without first seeing an actual print sample. I need not have worried though. Not only was the matt paper printing superb, it looked better than on screen when I was compiling it. The delivery was quick and packaging extremely protective. The person I gave the book to was very happy. I will absolutely be using this service again.”

“The quality of the finished book was superb, and the speed of producing the book was excellent. The software wasn't the easiest to use, as I couldn't add extra pictures to a page without removing all the present ones first and then replacing them again.”

“Not enough choice of page formats and it was difficult to change them. Some of the photos ended up being bisected by the crease in the middle of the book which completely spoilt their appearance, and this was not apparent until the printed version appeared. I had never before created a photo book but did not find the instructions very helpful as there were no words.”

Hello Alison, I am so sorry you found it difficult to design and create your photobook with Bob Books. We try to make our system as easy to use as possible and offer advice to our customers or selecting and designing the photobook that is right for you. We do have help videos on how to use the software as well as online FAQ's. We also offer customer service from 9am until 10pm, seven days a week via email, phone and live chat should you run into any problems. In regards to your photobook, we offer a lay flat lustre photographic paper or gloss photographic which means your design is not affected by the spine. I am so sorry you were not made aware of this choice when choosing your photobook. Please do get in contact with our customer care team on askbob@bobbooks.co.Uk or call 02072437404, we will be able to answer any questions you have and also help you to re-order your photobook on our lay-flat paper. “The ease of creating a book was exceptional with all sorts of special features. I found the book very expensive though. Had the cost been lower I would have rated them 10/10.”
