“Bob books are always fast, efficient & reliable, I have been using them for 6/7 years for engagement books & other uses and have never had to return an album, suggesting excellent quality control. The papers are of good quality for the price point, and I was really pleased to see the inclusion of matte papers! If we could also have the matte in the small square album format & a canvas cover rather than glossy photo cover you'd be perfect!”

“I have used Bob's Books a few times now and am always completely satisfied. I have had 2 of the large matte photo books made in the last few months and they are perfect - fantastic quality, an excellent keepsake for years to come. I have also made a yearly calendar through the website. The book creator is easy to use. Thank you!”

“Overall, the features and styles availble in the software for Bobs Books is more in depth and varied than other photo applications and publishers I have used. It is seasy to use, but it has many more features that allow those with a bit more photoprocessing or design knowledge to have more choices and freedom over the design. However, if you want it all done for you, or suggested, then Bobs Books software can do that very nicely to and not as shabbily as other online photo publishers either. The finsihed product is delviered quickly and as exactly you designed without any errors. My experience of other online photo publishers, who shall remain nameless, is that the books came back with shoddy spines with pages pulling loose, some pictures and pages in totally the wrong place and the colour saturation washed out. I will continue to use Bobs Books with confidence as an amateur and semi professional photographer. My only criticism of Bobs Books so far is that I get requests for Desk Calendars, which they do not appear to do. I therefore have to resort to using lesser quality providers. So, they could expland their range of products a bit further without having to resort to doing cheesy mugs or cushion covers!”

Hello Robert, Thank you for taking the time to send us your feedback. The new Photos software by Apple that replaces the previous iPhoto version is something we are working on to ensure the same compatibility as with our software. In the mean time you can simply export your chosen photos into a folder saved on your desktop and import this into the software. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Kind regards, Bob Books

“Ordered a hardback book of holiday photo's. Website fairly intuitive for a novice like me, quality of the pictures and quality of book excellent. I got a 15% introduction discount which made the final version good value for money, including the extra pages I used. Looking forward to my next project with Bob's books.”

“My husband photographs and writes then I put our 'travelogue' together in a Bob Book as a record. Better than an album or filing photographs away - this way they actually get looked at. Book Books was an enjoyable experience with easy to use screens and I was able to manipulate photos and text quite easily. The end product now takes pride of place on our main bookshelf.”

“This is the second time I have ordered a photobook from Bob Books. The editor/book complier downloaded onto my PC was easy to use once I'd grasped some of it's seemingly endless possibilities. When I made an error in the order (a typographical mistake, entirely my fault) the customer service received was excellent. The finished product is high quality, and I know it will be a well-received gift.”

“I have used Bob Books 4 times now, designing my photo albums using their software. Once you get used to it the software is easy to use and the process from then on quick and painless. Bob Books provide a quality product on time and at a competitive price - what's not to like?”

“Love the freedom to create photobooks in virtually any style I want, whether using templates provided or taking a creative approach. Quality is excellent and service second to none - have had an order where colour (black) saturation was overdone, killing shadow details, but full refund / re-order on re-submitting with adjustments made. I always use BobBooks for treasured holiday / experience memories!”
