I have published 7 previous books with you and generally been very happy indeed, although I did have one issue with slight white edging on the cover of one.
However I am very disappointed with the 8th. In simple terms the photos have come out far darker than the originals, and darker than they look on the template.
In summary, I would like you to reprint the book, and ask how we begin that process.
