“I have used Bob Books for many years and always received the same fantastic service. The software is user friendly and versatile, with a great range of book, calendar and picture types available. Ordering is straightforward and easy to do. The finished items are well packaged and arrive when they say do. Highly recommend.”

“Had a few issues with the software (file got corrupted and I had to start again) but the technical support was excellent, even though I had to download the editing programme again. Customer services were first class when I ordered the wrong size photo book. I merely sent it back FOC and reordered.”

“I've made a couple of books with Bob Books and the printing and binding has been excellent, with the pages looking just like I designed them, and the feel and quality is great. The packaging was good so that the books didn't get damaged in transit. A couple of things to be aware of: the prints are like photographic prints, so you don't want to be getting mucky hands on them; getting a good result takes a lot of effort at the design stage. The Bob Books desktop app tries to help, but in my experience the automatic layout never produced something I was happy with. Luckily the manual tools are easy to use.”

“In this book the selected photographs came out much darker than they actually were, and than in any previous Bob Books I’ve had. It was disappointing to be honest and I may well try another company next time”

They did check the files that were received and it seems like the optimisation tool was switched off for all the images in your project. “Pretty simple web interface, pricy but the excellent results were worth the money. We ordered two versions of the photo book one for ourselves and one as a gift and both were excellent quality. I am very happy with the experience and will use them again”

“My sister was delighted with a surprise book to celebrate her birthday. It was a really easy website to use and great recommendations on layout and text. I also called to discuss which paper i should chose and the gentleman on the telephone was really helpful. Loved that i could save my choices and go back to book without loosing everything, it allowed me to take my time, add additional pages and make sure i was completely happy. I am already planning the next one for a close friend's birthday in December. Many thanks”

“I think they're a great way of representing photo's & memories. I find the website generally easy to use although sometimes slow, which is no doubt related to the size of the data. I'd prefer it if it would store all uploaded photos after log off not just those used in the book.”
