“Plenty of firms offer a photobook service, but I wanted the best, so I spent some time researching before I chose Bob Books. I'm absolutely delighted with the result. Their software is so intuitive, very easy to use and offers endless editing options. The process of putting a photobook together was a real pleasure and the ordering and uploading were very straightforward. What about the result? Within eight days I had the finished product: a landscape format book with stunning colour and crisp images on high quality heavy paper (300gsm). The lay-flat binding option is impressive and does full justice to double-page spreads. The reaction of friends and relatives has also been very positive. I'd rate the value for money as excellent, so much better than separate photos in an album and far more accessible than simply having my images on a hard drive. Suffice to say that I am already planning my next photobook.”

“I like that I can design the book on my own computer and then upload the finished book. The printing of photos is very good. I also like the large number of layouts and backgrounds. I have had several books printed by BOB books and all have been very good.”

“Bob Books are always of a consistently high standard, printed beautifully and packaged well for delivery. My only gripe has been where minor spots of water have caused pages to bond together and then tear the print apart. This has been common in the past as i've met clients in pubs and a drop of water has fallen from a drink; a bit fr”

“The software is pretty easy to use which is the great benefit as far as I am concerned. And it a great way of remembering your holidays. Far better than leaving them stored on the PC. I wish I had started a long time ago.”

“Firstly I have to say is one of the best programmes I have used to create my albums. I love the way that I can download the programme onto my computer and it automatically links to my photographs! Much easier than uploading them onto the internet based programmes that I have used before. The print and quality of the end product is great, and the service so far has been wonderful. What would make this programme and service better (and blow the competitors out of the market) would be some minor adjustments... 1. Add a tool for leading and kerning (line and letter spacing) 2. Make sure that whole “font/typeface families” can be uploaded. You can use your own typefaces but it appears that if you want to use a whole “typeface family” ie: regular, light, bold, bold italic, light italic etc ... that this cannot be achieve - the programme selects one of the variations for you. Apart from this I absolutely love the programme and product and will endeavour to use it for all me albums. But those adjustments would be a massive help.”

“I was always going to love Bob’s books - it’s my Daddy’s name and is based in one of my fave places ever, Portobello Rd. But still I was blown away by how fabuloso the experience and the end product was. My wee fell aged 11 created a WW1 book for a school project and it brought tears to the eyes. Thanks Bob. You’re the berries (as we say in Glasgow) X”

“First time I've used Bob Books and I have to say I'm really impressed. The quality of my book (high quality lustre paper) is excellent and the front and back hard covers are awesome. “Fairly Easy to use software, although there are a number of things that could be improved. Lots of flexibility on style and quality of books and pictures. We've been delighted with the books, and pictures, we have created but we do opt for some of the higher price options so not cheap. But I have recommended them to a number of folk.”

“The designer software is easy to use. This was the second Bob Book I have created. The finished printed result is of very high quality and most pleasing. It arrived finished within 4 days. I had a problem on transmission of the book design by email which was solved expertly by Richard on the helpline. Excellent service, brilliant result”
