“The quality of the reproduction of my photographs is superb and the quality of the book is excellent. The turn-round time is quick though the delivery by the courier was random. My main disappointment is that, unlike another company that I have used, no pdf is available to be able to share with friends. It is an important feature and made me purchase my next photo-book elsewhere . Otherwise, the book was all that I expected and more.”

“The software has improved. It is much easier now to add in script and make other adjustments. Having gone for silk finish in the past we were delighted with the gloss finish on our latest book. We were not so impressed with the presentation cover. No name on the outside and a bit bulky. We ordered two copies of the book but there was appeared to be no means of sending the second to a different address other than starting all over again.”

“Slightly disappointed with last order. First order hardback arrived very well packaged with corner protectors and cellophane wrap. Second order paperback not so well packaged and consequently slightly creased. I would recommend paying the extra for hardback. Otherwise very pleased.”
