“Responded quickly to a problem by arranging free return and reprinting. Unfortunately, the reprint didn't really solve the issue. However, this seems to have been a one-off as previous books have been fine.”

“Having produced my first book, I can see a number of errors I made, it would be beneficial to able to edit this completed book rather than having to start all over again should I require further copies”

“I love the flexibility and ease of use of the software. The finished products are great quality and the processing and delivery time very good. Packaging is excellent so that products arrive in perfect condition. Quite pricey overall but nevertheless in view of the quality, good value in my opinion.”

“The books are easy to compile with the provided user-friendly software and are delivered, well packaged, in about a week. I find the quality of the photographic lustre hardback books to be really excellent. These books provide me with a personal souvenir of my adventures and are a very convenient way of showing my pictures to interested friends and family. I thoroughly recommend them.”

“Excellent software, better than other competitors that I looked at. I like to be in full control of page design as well as the recommendations supplied. Perhaps a little more expensive than others, but well worth that bit extra for such a high quality product.”

“I have made a few orders. I recently did a wedding for the first time, and created a book with lustre photographic paper. While it was more expensive it was worth it, as the quality was superb, and it allowed the book to be bound in such a way that the pages lie flat allowing for double page spread photos. The clients liked it so much they ordered 7 more as gifts for friends and family. As it was so many they ordered paper back with the cheaper classic photo quality paper. It was clear to see that the quality of the paper and the book in general was not as high, while still good, it is defiantly a case of you get what you pay for. So if it is a book that you really want to make special go for the top quality paper. Or if it is just to remember the moment go for the cheaper versions.”

“I like the software which make getting a book completed pretty easy. The quality of the books is good. The packaging etc all fine - the only thing is I think it could be quicker!”

“I have been using Bob Books for my client albums for about 6 years now and I (along with my clients) have found the quality of the albums very impressive indeed. The only thing I would love that they provide now is some form of album packaging. This would situate them in the same league with the other top-end album makers if they could do just that.”

“Once you understand how the design works, it's pretty straightforward. I enjoy using a single image to fill a page, almost as wallpaper and then overlaying smaller images on top. Being able to share a link to the finished design is a great feature and allowing others to order. However, the review size is too small to really appreciate the final production. Order processing is straightforward, mother feedback good, delivery efficient and the quality of the end product excellent.”
