“I purchased the Elegance Letterbox for a birthday gift. Unfortunately the box was slightly damaged by Yodel but the flowers inside were all in tact and opened up on the next day. Arrived on the date it was due, so that was good. I would have given more stars but I felt there could have been a bit more flowers or greenery in the bunch, as I thought it was expensive for £25. I guess Yodel would have taken a chunk of that for the delivery. Flowers picture attached is from 1 week later, which is good. I will consider them in the future, but I may try another company first.”
