Ordered flowers as a surprise for my mom after she received a diagnosis that her cancer returned. I wasn't able to be with her in person, so I sent some rainbow roses with a message of hope, as a small initial gesture until I can be with her in person. The flowers were supposed to be a surprise. The delivery company ended mixing up parcels, so instead of receiving her flowers, she received someone else ls parcel and ended up having to go and return it to her neighbours address. They didn't have a parcel for her. I ended up having to tell my mom about the flowers,and tried to chase the delivery company and also blossoming gifts, but received no response, as it was a weekend, there was no response on Monday either from blossoming gifts or yodel. The delivery company found the flowers in their van or warehouse on the Monday, multiple days after delivery was expected. I wasn't happy with the idea of delivering them, as instead of getting fresh flowers with a message of hope, instead my mom would potential get dying or wilting flowers that has improperly been stored for multiple days beyond the agreed delivery date. I ended up utilising multiple channels, help form online, email and Facebook until I was eventually able to get hold of someone in customer support (I had to chase them, no one contacted me). They explained that it wasn't their fault, as it was a delivery issue out of their control but that they would offer a replacement bouquet, but I don't want a replacement bouquet, the whole surprise and message of hope is moot now. I asked for a refund instead but they just ignored my message. Not impressed with the complete lack of customer care.
