“This was the first time I’d used Blossoming Gifts to send my friend flowers for her birthday. I was charged £40 for a large bunch of a variety of flowers but the bunch she received was just 8 lily stems. Very disappointed!”

“I was happy with the item ordered but VERY UNHAPPY with the customer service! After I placed my order, there were changes to my travel plans and I asked for the item to be delivered to a different address. I made this request a week before the delivery date and was assured by "Kate" that this would not be a problem. Needless to say the delivery address was NOT CHANGED and so the item, intended as a surprise Christmas gift was delivered to the wrong address! While it was delivered on the requested date, and the item itself was pleasing, the surprise was totally spoiled. I will not be using Blossoming Gifts again.”

“Very nice flowers, some of the best I've ordered online, and I've tried a lot! Last for ages and look lovely. Will defo be ordering again for future gifts. Only downside was a couple of the lilies were damaged maybe because they were so big.”

“Arrived lunchtime on the date/day stated. Didn't actually see it as mum lives in Norfolk & myself in Nottingham was told it was lovely, brother sent a photo I was concerned as I couldn't see the Christmas roses only the big ones but was assured they were there which I was happy about Thankyou.”
