The flowers were delivered to the wrong address and I had to chase around trying to find them. The amount of gerbra was poor. Wouldn't use you again

1st time user, I placed the order in the evening, beautiful bouquet received 200 miles away by 11am next day. Excellent price, product and super prompt service. Would definitely recommend ???? Sharon Manchester

I did not see the fkowers but was told they did not look too fresh. However they were apparently still going 10 days later, so not too bad. Delivery was as requested.

Thank you for delivering on time unfortunately can't comment on quality of the flowers as my daughter in law to be complained that she does not like roses, my mistake! But will be using you again for future gifts to others. Thanks

I ordered the bouquet of the week as a surprise for my mum. Unfortunately she was not at home the day of delivery. The flowers were taken back to depot when they could have been left in the garden. She didn't pick them up for a few days as she wasn't expecting any parcels. When I spoke to blooming gifts they basically said it wasn't there problem and it's there t & cs. Be warned not a good Idea if you want to surprise someone.

On our website we offer many special delivery instructions such as 'Leave in a Safe Place' 'Leave on doorstep' 'Leave with neighbour' and more. We advise that if you're unsure if your recipient is going to be home, that you select one of these options. Without these instructions the delivery courier will not leave the flower box on the doorstep. I have purchased 2 bouquet in the last few months. They both had beautiful flowers and a small gift if crocs. I would recommend Blossoming Gifts to my friends and family.

The flowers were lovely but I forgot to put who they were from I realised my mistake straight after ordering but when I rang back I was told the order had already gone through. They were ordered well in advance so surely their is some way to correct any errors.

All the flowers that were advertised did arrive in the bouquet, but the image on the website is very misleading. The flowers were very small and the recipient had to buy a few extra stems to make it look fuller & better. I wouldn't have paid the full price for the bouquet, but for the price I did pay I thought it was okay, but not somewhere I will be ordering from again.
