Flowers were not as they were shown in the photo, they died after only 4 days! Only good thing was they were delivered on time !

Very disappointed in the Mother's Day flowers sent to my mum Erica. Popped round yesterday to visit my mum and they had all but a few wilted. Extremely disappointed, havnt even lasted a week. Shon Watters

The flowers were a little lacklustre but very reasonable priced so I guess you get what you pay for. What annoyed me most was that I paid extra for delivery on a certain day and they arrived a day early which ruined the surprise somewhat.

I ordered the large criterion bouquet, and they arrived looking nothing like the picture. My girlfriend laughed when I showed her what they were supposed to look like. They were still nice flowers which lasted 1 week, but I feel that the presentation should be some-what similar to that advertised

After the money I spent on the bouquet what turned up I could of bought two in tesco for the same money very disappointed

The flowers were a valentine gift and although i paid extra to have them delivered that day they came a day late, i think it was a courier issue but i was very disappointed after waiting all day . I got a apology the following week and was offered a free bouquet but doesnt really compensate for what would of been a lovely surprise

I ordered flowers for my wife for Valentines Day. They arrived on time, on Saturday 13th the display was quite good but the flowers were completely dead by Wednesday 17th which she and I were very unhappy about. I have had flowers before from florists that have lasted nearly 2 weeks! Not happy at all Alan Payn

A little disappointed with the flowers as they only lasted a few days after being put in water, I would expect flowers to last a week seeing as they were in bud when received.

I got a valentines gift pack delivered to my husbands work. At the point where I was asked for a delivery date I expected it to be a certainty that it would be delivered on the day where he was working. Unfortunately it was delivered late and he didn't recieve it until the following Monday where he opened a box of dead flowers so didn't get the nice surprise he had hoped for.

I ordered a bouquet of 12 roses for a birthday gift. The photograph displayed a luxurious looking display of velvet roses but on arrival they were buds only and were disappointing. Add to that the fact that there were only 10 roses one of which was dying and was thrown away. I did contact customer services and that contact is ongoing. This order was placed on behalf of my brother for his daughter's birthday. I'm left feeling I let him down.

After the amount that I paid for the flowers I expected that when the flowers were dispatched on the Friday morning that they would be at my mothers for Saturday, instead they arrived on the following Tuesday!!!! That means they were in transit for 5 days by the time they arrived to my mum!!! Not in a good state my mum tried to salvage them but they only lasted one more day!! I am extremely upset and will not be using your company again!

Order arrived a lot later than expected. The flowers were not in a good condition. When contacted customer services i was told i had left it too late to complain, even thought this was within 7day period or delivery. I will not use again. Definitely not worth the money. For the price you pay you should expect excellent service.

Unfortunately the flowers were delivered to the wrong address. The street name was very similar but even so, this is was disappointing. And on top of that,the driver left the flowers(at the wrong address) in the back garden in a opening to a shed. There was no delivery time on the flowers so we are unsure how long they had been left. The recipient was pleased when she finally got them though.

flowers arrived 2 days early and had started to die by the time our 20th wedding anniversay came around on the sunday in fact they arrived before i even received the email to say they were on their way

Very disappointed in late delivery for both orders. Did get apology and flowers sent to one of my relatives and a gift to the other of a vase. Which caused confusion as they didn't know why they should get a vase with a potted plant. My order was to people who had a sad loss and the delivery was very late. Sorry it doesn't give me any confidence in using your company again

I ordered flowers worth £40 for my sister's birthday, together with a 'Happy Birthday' balloon. The flowers consisted of a few carnations, crysanthemums, some greenery and something sprayed silver. Hardly £40 worth of floristry. The balloon was included but consisted of a yellow smiley face (think emoji) and did not say Happy Birthday as the photograph had indicated on the website. A plastic rocket was also included (not real thankfully) but I neither sought nor requested a plastic rocket, I would have preferred the money to be spent on the flowers. I was actually so embarrassed by the bouquet after she had sent me a photo of it that I went online and ordered another bouquet from Waitrose. I'm always willing to try new online companies but I'm afraid I'll be giving this one a miss in future.
