“The discount code that I was sent (one of many that seem to come through!) didn’t work - to be fair when I raised it with the customer team they refunded the difference. The service there and the quality of products is great 😊”

“This time I decided to treat myself, having sent so many flowers to other people. My letterbox flowers arrived the next day and were beautiful right from the start. They gradually became even more beautiful over the next few days. There is something so wonderful in receiving flowers (even though they came from me!). The house looks very festive with the stunning colours in the bouquet. It's so easy to order, but so difficult to choose because there is just such a wonderful selection.”

“My neighbour received flowers as a Christmas gift from us. Disappointed with quality. Consisted of 3 very bedraggled roses and a couple of other flowers. An awful piece of fir. Whole thing looked like it should have been binned a few days ago I realise I had £10 off and it cost a total of £19. If I had thought about it I could have got a lovely bouquet from the local supermarket. Probably wo t be ordering in the future.”
