“Great website - easy to use and find what you are looking for. Unfortunatley a delivery problem meant that my flowers were delayed in the post and eventually arrived a bit past their best. Bloom and Wild were quick to get in touch and offer to send out a replacement or give me a refund. Great customer service and communication throughtout, meant that the problem was quickly resolved.”

“Well packaged wonderful flower combinations, a small card with instructions , could be written on the inside of the box too ,as some of the friends and family i have gifted them too didn't realise they had been frozen ( thought they were dead) But once they read instructions awaited this magic show of the blooms coming to life...they last well for cut flowers also. Really recommend love the company and product 👌”

“I appreciate how easy it was to order a gift for a friend. The flowers were delivered exactly when promised, and the recipient was delighted with them. I chose the letterbox option, and as the site warns, they appeared a little wilted at first, but soon perked up when arranged. My friend sent me a photo and they did look beautiful. Thank you !”

“Really could not rely on service. When it mattered most, they did not deliver! Literally. There was no indication that flowers could be delivered late. I was left in a very embarrassing situation. If you try and contact them you have an AI response, fobbing you off rather than sorting the problem. IF it is for a special occasion DO NOT USE them.”
